Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kapsellegeme og af den i krav l's indledning angivne art.
5 I nyere tid anvendes doseringskapsler bestående af et legeme med derpå påsat hætte i stadig større grad. Sådanne doseringskapsler egner sig f.eks. godt til indkapsling af lægemidler og andre stoffer, der skal indgives portionsvis og skal opbevares omhyggeligt. Kendte doseringskapslers 10 legeme og hætte er udformet således, at hætten passer nøjagtigt på legemet og fastholdes på legemet -.ved friktionspasning. Desuden kan der i legemets og hættens sidevæg være udformet indbyrdes komplimentære vulster eller ind- bugtninger, der formidler en formsluttende sammenholdning 15 af legeme og hætte.
Sådanne doseringskapsler fyldes for det meste ved, at legemet holdes med den åbne ende vendende opad, hvorpå ^ det ønskede indhold fyldes i legemet, og.hætten til slut stik kes på det fyldte legeme. På grund af fremstillingstolerancer for legemets ydre diameter og hættens indre diameter såvel som også på grund af fyldemaskinens arbejdstolerancer, der medfører, at legemet og hætten ikke altid er rettet perfekt ind efter hinanden, eller på grund af fyldmasserester på legemet, kan det ved sammenstikningen af hætte og legeme forekomme, at legemets frie rand støder mod hættens frie rand.
Dette kan føre til en ødelæggelse af hætten og/eller legemet eller endog til en standsning af fyldemaskinen.

Man har fundet, at risikoen for sådanne sammenstød mellem de frie yderkanter af henholdsvis kapsel'legeme og -hætte ved- sammensætning af disse dele kan nedsættes ved, at kapsellegemet ved dets åbne ende har et reduceret tværsnit.

Ved en sådan udførelse vil unøjagtigheder ved kapsellegemets eller kapselhættens fremstilling eller en fejlagtig stilling af kapsellegemet i forhold til kapselhætten ved 2 150812 sammenstillingen samt eventuelle rester af fyldgods ikke længere kunne føre til, at den frie kant af kapsellegemet støder mod kapselhættens frie kant på en sådan måde, at en senere korrekt sammensætning af legeme og hætte ikke 5 er mulig.
Det er derfor den foreliggende opfindelses formål at anvise en hensigtsmæssig fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et sådant kapsellegeme.

For at tilgodese dette formål er den indledningsvis omtalte fremgangsmåde ifølge opfindelsen ejendommelig ved det i den kendetegnende del af krav 1 anførte.

Ved hjælp af det i den kendetegnende del af krav 2 anførte opnår man, at det færdige kapsellegeme ved en given indsnævringsdybde får det mindst mulige tværsnit ved sin frie ende.

Kapsellegemer fremstillet ved fremgangsmåden ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse kan ikke blot benyttes som doseringskapsler, d.v.s. til brug for indskydning i en tilsvarende kapselhætte, men de kan også selv anvendes som kapsler, idet. de først fyldes med f.eks. pulveragtigt 2 5 eller flydende fyldgods og derpå lukkes med et pastaagtigt tætningsmateriale, der kan størkne i forbindelse med kapsellegemets materiale. Ihdsnøringen ved den frie ende af kapsellegemet fremstillet ved fremgangsmåden ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse ^ sikrer derved en særlig sikker fastholdelse af tætningsmaterialet, da et ved hjælp af tætningsmaterialet dannet dæklag på grund af kapsellegemets indsnøring er i en slags formsluttende indgreb med kapsellegemet. Når kapsellegemet f.eks. består af gelatine benyttes der fortrinsvis også som tætningsmateriale gelatine, da man derved opnår en j 5 særlig sikker forbindelse mellem det gelatinelag, der lukker kapsellegemet og kapsellegemets sidevæg.

Kapsellegemet forklares nærmere nedenfor på grundlag af den skematiske tegning, hvor fig. 1 til 5 viser forskellige fremgangsmådetrin ved et 5 kapsellegemes fremstilling.
Fig. 1 viser et bad 10 med en flydende masse, der kan størkne, f.eks. gelatine, og en dykkerstift 12, hvis nedre ende er afrundet og har en ringformet omløbende fordybning 14. Dykkerstiften indfedtes først sammen med et antal andre lignende dykkerstifter ved hjælp af en kendt og derfor ikke vist indretning og dyppes så ned i badet 10 til op over fordybningen 14.

Ved optrækningen af dykkerstiften 12 fra badet 10 forbliver der et lag 16 af størknet masse på dykkerstiften 12. For at dette lag skal bevare en omtrent ensartet tykkelse, indtil massen er størknet så meget, at den ikke mere er flydende, drejes dykkerstiften 12 af den nævnte kendte 20 . , indretning om en tværakse, således at stiftens yderende, der er vist nedadrettet i fig. 2, skiftevis vil være rettet opad og nedad.
Såsnart laget 16 er størknet, spændes dykkerstiften 12 i 25 en to- eller flerdelt holder 18, hvis dele 20, 22 kan bevæges således i forhold til hinanden, at det størknede lag 16 gribes radialt. I tilslutning hertil trækkes dykkerstiften 12, som vist i fig. 4, opad og ud af holderen 18, medens laget 16 forbliver i holderen 18 som et legeme 24 30 Λ „ med for stor længde. Fordybningen 14 i dykkerstiften er dimensioneret således, at dykkerstiften kan trækkes ud af laget 16, der danner legemet 24 med for stor længde, uden at det formsluttende indgreb af en på legemet 24 dannet ind- snøring 26 i fordybningen 14 hindrer denne udtrækning.

Afhængig af elasticiteten for legemet 24's materiale er forskellige dimensionsområder mulige. Med en dykkerstift 12 med en diameter på ca. 6,7 mm har fordybningen 14 f.eks.
