Abstract
Un método de secado de las cápsulas blandas que incluye los pasos de: a) suministrar un flujo de aire a dichas cápsulas blandas a una velocidad del aire a través de las cápsulas blandas de aproximadamente 0.15 m/s a aproximadamente 13 m/s; b) aumentar, con el tiempo, una temperatura de secado a la que dichas cápsulas blandas se exponen mientras aseguran que la temperatura de secado permanece debajo de la temperatura de fusión de una cubierta de cápsula de las cápsulas blandas; c) exponer dichas cápsulas blandas a una humedad relativa inicial de aproximadamente 49 % de HR a aproximadamente 79% de HR; d) disminuir la humedad relativa a la cual las cápsulas blandas se exponen mientras las cápsulas secan hasta que un equilibrio de la humedad relativa de las cápsulas blandas alcanza una humedad relativa deseada; y e) exponer las cápsulas blandas del paso d) a una temperatura de aproximadamente 20-25 °C. También se divulga un sistema de secado para realizar el método.
