Claims (6)
- 車体と車軸との間に介装され空気の給排に応じて車高調整を行うエアサスペンションと、
空気を圧縮するコンプレッサと、
該コンプレッサにより圧縮された空気を蓄えるタンクと、
前記コンプレッサの吐出側に設けられるエアドライヤと、
を備えるエアサスペンションシステムであって、
車両起動直後における、車高調整前の車高と前記タンクの圧力とから、前記コンプレッサによって前記タンクに貯留する空気の目標圧力を設定し、
前記タンクから前記エアサスペンションに給気した後、基準車高での前記エアサスペンションの圧力と前記タンクの圧力とから、前記コンプレッサによって前記タンクに貯留する空気の目標圧力を設定することを特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 前記タンクから前記エアサスペンションに給気した後、前記基準車高での前記エアサスペンションの圧力が低い場合は、前記コンプレッサによって前記タンクに貯留する圧縮空気の目標圧力を、前記基準車高での前記エアサスペンションの圧力が高い場合に比べて高く設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
- 前記タンクの目標圧力は、雰囲気温度により可変に設定される圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
- 前記車体の車高を推定または測定する車高検出手段を備え、
前記タンクの目標圧力は、前記車高検出手段の検出値により可変に設定される圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。 - 前記エアサスペンション内の圧縮空気を戻し弁を介して前記タンクに戻す第1通路と、
前記エアサスペンションまたは前記タンクに接続されて、前記エアドライヤを介して大気に開放する排気弁を備えた第2通路と、
を備え、
前記エアサスペンション内の圧縮空気を排気するとき、雰囲気温度に応じて、前記戻し弁または前記排気弁を切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。 - 絶対時間情報が所定値以上のとき、前記タンクから前記エアサスペンションに給気した後、前記コンプレッサにより前記タンクの圧力を高めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
