Claims (3)
- 車両の各車輪に装着し空気室を有する空気ばね装置と、吐出ポート及び背圧導入ポートを有し、空気を圧縮して前記吐出ポートから吐出するコンプレッサ装置と、空気を蓄圧する蓄圧タンクと、前記コンプレッサ装置の吐出ポートを前記空気室に連通接続する給排流路に介装される制御弁と、該制御弁と前記コンプレッサ装置との間の給排流路に介装される第1の給排開閉弁と、前記蓄圧タンクと前記コンプレッサ装置の吐出ポートとの間の給排流路に介装される第1のタンク開閉弁と、前記制御弁と前記蓄圧タンクとの間の給排流路に介装される第2の給排開閉弁及び第2のタンク開閉弁と、該第2の給排開閉弁及び第2のタンク開閉弁間を前記コンプレッサ装置の背圧導入ポートに連通接続する循環流路と、前記制御弁、前記第1及び第2の給排開閉弁、並びに前記第1及び第2のタンク開閉弁を開閉制御する制御装置とを備え、前記空気ばね装置への空気の給排を制御して車高を調整するエアサスペンション装置において、前記蓄圧タンクに圧縮空気を供給する着脱可能な外部圧縮空気源であって、前記空気ばね装置に供給すべき空気の圧力より低圧の圧縮空気を供給する外部圧縮空気源を備え、該外部圧縮空気源を前記蓄圧タンクに装着して圧縮空気を供給すると共に、前記制御装置によって、前記コンプレッサ装置から前記空気ばね装置に対し前記蓄圧タンク内の空気を昇圧して充填し、前記空気ばね装置内の空気が所定圧を越えたとき又は車高値が所定値を越えたときには、少なくとも前記空気ばね装置内の圧縮空気を前記蓄圧タンク内に供給するように制御し、前記蓄圧タンク内の圧縮空気を前記背圧導入ポートから前記コンプレッサ装置に導入し、前記外部圧縮空気源から供給される圧縮空気の圧力以上の圧力の圧縮空気を前記吐出ポートから前記空気ばね装置の前記空気室に供給する際に、前記蓄圧タンクに接続された前記外部圧縮空気源からの圧縮空気を連続して前記蓄圧タンクへ供給することを特徴とするエアサスペンション装置。
- 前記外部圧縮空気源と前記蓄圧タンクとの間に介装され、圧縮空気に含有する水分を除去するドライヤを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアサスペンション装置。
- 前記制御弁は、前記各車輪に装着される前記空気ばね装置の各空気室と前記コンプレッサ装置の吐出ポートとを連通接続する各給排流路に介装され、該各給排流路を開閉する各輪開閉弁であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のエアサスペンション装置。
