Claims (9)
- 外周面の周り方向に沿って回転自在に結合される多数のピンを通じて入力または出力が行われるピンギア式本体ハウジングと、前記ピンギア式本体ハウジングの一側に設けられ、相対的に高速である第1速度の入力または出力が行われる高速軸と、前記ピンギア式本体ハウジングの他側に設けられ、前記第1速度よりも低速である第2速度の入力または出力が行われる低速軸と、前記ピンギア式本体ハウジング内に設けられ、入力速度を減速させる減速部と、を備えるピンギア式メイン本体ユニットと、
前記高速軸を通じた入力または出力が行われるように、前記ピンギア式メイン本体ユニットの前記高速軸に連結される高速軸連結ユニットと、
を含み、
前記低速軸は、
高速回転による相対速度対応のために軸状に製作され
一端部は、前記減速部に連結され、他端部は、外側に露出されるように配される第1低速軸部と、
一側は、前記第1低速軸部と連結され、他側は、前記減速部と連結されるが、多数の切片に分離されて互いに連結される第2及び第3低速軸部と、
を含み、
前記高速軸は、
高速対応のために軸状に製作され、
一端部は、前記減速部に連結され、他端部は、前記高速軸連結ユニットと連結される第1高速軸部と、
前記第1高速軸部と同軸的に配されるが、一側は、前記第1高速軸部と連結され、他側は、前記減速部と連結される第2高速軸部と、
を含み、
前記減速部は、
遊星歯車方式の遊星歯車減速部であり、
前記第2高速軸部の長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ離隔して配される多数の高速軸支持軸受と、
前記第2及び第3低速軸部側にそれぞれ離隔して配される多数のメイン軸受と、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする差速動力伝達装置。 - 前記高速軸連結ユニットは、
外周面の周り方向に沿って多数のピンが回転自在に結合されるピンギア式高速軸連結ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差速動力伝達装置。 - 前記高速軸連結ユニットは、
外周面の周り方向に沿って円形状の歯車が形成される平ギア式高速軸連結ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差速動力伝達装置。 - 前記円形状の歯車の曲線が、サイクロイド曲線またはトロコイド曲線を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の差速動力伝達装置。
- 外周面の周り方向に沿って形成される多数の歯車を通じて入力または出力が行われる平ギア式本体ハウジングと、前記平ギア式本体ハウジングの一側に設けられ、相対的に高速である第1速度の入力または出力が行われる高速軸と、前記平ギア式本体ハウジングの他側に設けられ、前記第1速度よりも低速である第2速度の入力または出力が行われる低速軸と、前記平ギア式本体ハウジング内に設けられ、入力速度を減速させる減速部と、を備える平ギア式メイン本体ユニットと、
前記高速軸を通じた入力または出力が行われるように、前記平ギア式メイン本体ユニットの前記高速軸に連結される高速軸連結ユニットと、
を含み、
前記低速軸は、
高速回転による相対速度対応のために軸状に製作され
一端部は、前記減速部に連結され、他端部は、外側に露出されるように配される第1低速軸部と、

- 前記高速軸連結ユニットは、
外周面の周り方向に沿って多数のピンが回転自在に結合されるピンギア式高速軸連結ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差速動力伝達装置。 - 前記高速軸連結ユニットは、
外周面の周り方向に沿って円形状の歯車が形成される平ギア式高速軸連結ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の差速動力伝達装置。 - 前記円形状の歯車の曲線が、サイクロイド曲線またはトロコイド曲線を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の差速動力伝達装置。
