Description
本出願は、2018年9月7日付韓国特許出願第10-2018-0107294号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明の二次電池用正極は、正極活物質及びリチウム系合金(Alloy)を含む。

前記式中、Qは、Al、Zr、Ti、Mg、Ta、Nb、Mo及びCrからなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ以上の元素であり、0.9≦a≦1.5、0≦b≦0.5、0≦c≦0.5、0≦d≦0.1、-0.1≦δ≦1.0である。
本発明の前記リチウム二次電池用正極の製造方法を説明する。
本発明のまた他の一実施形態によれば、前記正極を含む電気化学素子が提供される。前記電気化学素子は、具体的には、電池またはキャパシタなどであってよく、より具体的には、リチウム二次電池であってよい。
LiCoO2、カーボンブラック、PVDFバインダーをN-メチルピロリドン溶媒の中に重量比で95:2.5:2.5の割合で混合して正極形成用スラリーを製造し、これをアルミニウム集電体の片面に塗布した後、130℃で乾燥し圧延して正極合剤層を形成した。
正極活物質:Li-Al合金が90:10の重量比となるようにしたことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して正極を製造した。
LiCoO2、カーボンブラック、PTFEバインダーを反応器に投入し、正極活物質:Li-Al合金が98:2の重量比となるようにLi-Al合金(Li 50at%、Al 50at%)パウダーを反応器に投入し、溶媒なしに乾式混合(dry mixing)して正極形成用スラリーを製造した。これをアルミニウム集電体の片面に塗布し、圧延して正極合剤層を形成した。
LiCoO2、カーボンブラック、PVDFバインダーをN-メチルピロリドン溶媒の中に重量比で95:2.5:2.5の割合で混合して正極形成用スラリーを製造し、これをアルミニウム集電体の片面に塗布した後、130℃で乾燥し圧延して正極合剤層を形成した。
実施例1~3及び比較例1で製造された正極をそれぞれ用いた。

- 正極活物質及びリチウム系合金(Alloy)を含む、リチウム二次電池用正極であって、
前記正極活物質を含む正極合剤層と、前記正極合剤層の表面に形成され、前記リチウム系合金(Alloy)を含むコーティング層と、を含む、
又は、
前記正極活物質及びリチウム系合金(Alloy)が混合された正極合剤層を含む、
リチウム二次電池用正極。 - 前記リチウム系合金(Alloy)は、Li-Al系合金、Li-Si系合金、Li-Sn系合金、Li-Bi系合金及びLi-Sb系合金からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つ以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極。
