Description
電動式オイルポンプ(35)の出力側には、バルブ(48,49)が備えられている。第1のバルブ(48)は、ブレーキ(B2)の潤滑及び冷却を相対的に大流量の油で行う状態と、小流量の油で行う状態とを切り替える。第2のバルブ(49)は、クラッチ(K0)の内摩擦板(19)及び外摩擦板(20)の潤滑及び冷却を相対的に大流量の油で行う状態と、小流量の油で行う状態とを切り替える。
以下、上記において説明した車両用駆動装置の制御装置(10)の概要について簡単に説明する。

Claims (9)
- 車輪の駆動力源として内燃機関及び回転電機を有し、前記内燃機関に駆動連結される入力部材と前記車輪に駆動連結される出力部材とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に、前記入力部材の側から、駆動力源係合装置、前記回転電機、変速装置が配置された車両用駆動装置を制御対象とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記車両用駆動装置は、
前記駆動力源係合装置及び前記変速装置が備える変速用係合装置に係合制御用の油を供給する係合圧流路と、
潤滑用の油を前記駆動力源係合装置に供給する潤滑用流路と、
前記内燃機関及び前記回転電機の少なくとも一方を動力源として駆動され、前記係合圧流路に吐出口が接続された第1ポンプと、
前記内燃機関及び前記回転電機とは異なる動力源によって駆動される第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプから吐出される油の流出先が前記係合圧流路となる第1状態と、前記第2ポンプから吐出される油の流出先が前記潤滑用流路となる第2状態とで選択的に流路を切り替える流路制御弁と、を備え、
前記流路制御弁が前記第2状態に固定される故障が生じた場合には、前記内燃機関及び前記回転電機の内、前記第1ポンプの動力源である少なくとも一方の回転速度を上昇させて、前記第1ポンプにより前記係合圧流路に油を供給して前記駆動力源係合装置及び前記変速用係合装置を制御するフェールセーフ制御を実行する、車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記第2ポンプは、電動モータにより駆動される電動オイルポンプである、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 少なくとも前記内燃機関が、前記第1ポンプを駆動する動力源であり、
前記フェールセーフ制御では、前記内燃機関の回転速度を上昇させて、前記第1ポンプにより前記係合圧流路に油を供給する、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記フェールセーフ制御では、前記内燃機関が停止している場合、前記内燃機関を始動して、前記第1ポンプにより前記係合圧流路に油を供給する、請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ制御では、前記内燃機関が始動された状態で前記駆動力源係合装置を開放状態とし、前記変速用係合装置を係合状態とする、請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ制御の実行中、前記内燃機関により前記第1ポンプを駆動して、前記駆動力源係合装置を開放状態とし、前記変速用係合装置を係合状態とし、前記回転電機により前記車輪を駆動する、請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記流路制御弁を前記第1状態と前記第2状態とに切り換えるソレノイドを制御するソレノイド制御回路による当該ソレノイドの制御状態、又は、前記流路制御弁に設置された油圧センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記流路制御弁が前記第2状態に固定される故障が生じたか否かを判定する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記流路制御弁に故障が生じておらず、前記内燃機関及び前記回転電機の内、前記第1ポンプの動力源である少なくとも一方の回転速度が、設定された設定回転速度以上の場合には、前記第2ポンプを停止させる、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源係合装置が、前記入力部材側の係合要素と前記回転電機側の係合要素との間に回転速度差を有しつつ係合しているスリップ係合状態の場合、前記流路制御弁を前記第2状態に制御すると共に、前記第2ポンプを駆動させる、請求項8に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
