Description
まず、本発明の実施の形態に係る車両の制御装置を適用可能なハイブリッド車両の構成例を説明する。図1は、車両の制御装置100を備えたハイブリッド車両1を示す模式図である。以下、パワーユニット10と制御装置(電子制御系)100とに分けて、ハイブリッド車両1の全体構成例を説明する。
ハイブリッド車両1のパワーユニット10は、動力源としてエンジン11及びモータジェネレータ31を備える。モータジェネレータ31は駆動用モータとして機能する。また、パワーユニット10は、プライマリプーリ27及びセカンダリプーリ29を有する無段変速機(以下、「CVT」ともいう。)25を備える。
ハイブリッド車両1の制御装置100の全体構成を説明する。図1に示すように、ハイブリッド車両1は、パワーユニット10の作動状態を制御するため、マイクロコンピュータ等を備える各種コントローラを備える。各種コントローラとして、エンジンコントローラ103、ミッションコントローラ105、モータコントローラ107、バッテリコントローラ109及びメインコントローラ101が備えられている。
次に、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両1の制御装置100の具体例を説明する。
例えばメインコントローラ101が走行モード設定部121として機能する。走行モード設定部121は、目標トルク設定部127で算出される目標トルクと、車速センサ85の信号に基づいて得られる車速とに基づいて、ハイブリッド車両1の走行モードを電動走行モードとパラレル走行モードとに切り換える。電動走行モードは、モータジェネレータ31の動力のみを駆動輪47に伝達する走行モードである。パラレル走行モードは、モータジェネレータ31及びエンジン11の動力を駆動輪47に伝達する走行モードである。
例えばバッテリコントローラ109が充電容量検出部123として機能する。充電容量検出部123は、バッテリ117に設けられた電圧センサ83の信号に基づいてバッテリ117の充電容量SOCを検出する。
例えばメインコントローラ101が制御目標設定部125として機能する。制御目標設定部125は、パラレル走行モード中、エンジン11及びモータジェネレータ31の制御を行う際の制御目標を設定する。制御目標設定部125は、基本的には基本制御マップを制御目標とする一方、バッテリ117があらかじめ設定された高充電状態と判断される場合に制御マップを変更する。
例えばメインコントローラ101が目標トルク設定部127として機能する。目標トルク設定部127は、ハイブリッド車両1の目標トルクを算出する。例えば、目標トルク設定部127は、あらかじめ記憶装置に格納されたトルクマップを参照して、アクセルセンサ81の信号に基づいて目標トルクを算出する。
例えばエンジンコントローラ103がエンジン制御部129として機能する。エンジン制御部129は、目標トルク設定部127により設定されたエンジントルクに基づいてスロットルバルブ13の開度及びインジェクタ15に供給する電力を制御することにより、エンジン11から出力するエンジントルクを制御する。
例えばミッションコントローラ105がトランスミッション制御部131として機能する。トランスミッション制御部131は、設定される走行モードに応じてエンジンクラッチ23を締結状態又は解放状態に切り換える。また、トランスミッション制御部131は、車速及び目標トルクに応じてあらかじめ設定された変速線にしたがってCVT25を制御する。
例えばモータコントローラ107がモータ制御部133として機能する。モータ制御部133は、目標トルク設定部127により設定されたモータトルクに基づいてインバータ115に供給する電力を制御し、モータジェネレータ31から出力するモータトルクを制御する。
ここまで、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両1の制御装置100の構成例を説明した。以下、制御装置100によるハイブリッド車両1の駆動制御処理の一例を説明する。
次に、図7及び図8を参照して、本実施形態に係る車両の制御装置100の作用を説明する。図7は、モータジェネレータ31を駆動させる機会を増やすために、基本制御マップに対して、エンジン動作点ラインL_eをアップシフトするとともに、エンジン動作点ラインL_eを下回らない程度にアシスト閾値ラインL_aを下げた参考例を示す。図8は、基本制御マップに対して、アシスト閾値ラインL_aがエンジン動作ラインL_eを下回るようにアシスト閾値ラインL_aを下げた本実施形態の例を示す。

Claims (4)
- モータの出力及びエンジンの出力をそれぞれ駆動輪に伝達可能に構成された車両の制御装置において、
エンジン回転数、目標トルク及び燃料消費率に応じて設定されたエンジン動作点ラインに基づいて前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御部と、
前記目標トルクが、前記エンジン回転数に応じて設定されたアシスト閾値ラインを超えるときに前記モータによるアシスト駆動を行うモータ制御部と、
前記モータに電力を供給する二次電池の充電容量の情報を取得する充電容量取得部と、
前記二次電池があらかじめ設定された高充電状態と判断される場合に、定速走行状態における前記エンジンの動作点がアシスト閾値を上回るように、少なくとも前記アシスト閾値ラインを変更する制御目標設定部と、
を備える、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御目標設定部は、前記アシスト閾値ラインの変更と併せて前記エンジン動作点ラインをアップシフトする場合、車内にこもり音が発生する運転領域にかからないように前記エンジン動作点ラインを変更する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御目標設定部は、前記二次電池の充電容量に応じて、前記アシスト閾値ラインの下げ幅、あるいは、変更後のエンジン動作点ラインとアシスト閾値ラインとの差を設定する、請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- モータの出力及びエンジンの出力をそれぞれ駆動輪に伝達可能に構成された車両の駆動力を制御する車両の制御方法において、
エンジン回転数、目標トルク及び燃料消費率に応じて設定されたエンジン動作点ラインに基づいて前記エンジンを制御するステップと、
前記目標トルクが、前記エンジン回転数に応じて設定されたアシスト閾値ラインを超えるときに前記モータによるアシスト駆動を行うステップと、
前記モータに電力を供給する二次電池があらかじめ設定された高充電状態と判断される場合に、定速走行状態における前記エンジンの動作点が、前記モータによるアシスト駆動を行うためにエンジン回転数に応じて設定されたアシスト閾値を上回るように、少なくとも前記アシスト閾値ラインを変更するステップと、
を含む、車両の制御方法。
