Description
車両用制御装置10が備える電源回路30について説明する。図2は電源回路30の一例を示す回路図である。図2に示すように、電源回路30は、スタータジェネレータ16に電気的に接続される鉛バッテリ(第2の蓄電体)31と、これと並列にスタータジェネレータ16に電気的に接続されるリチウムイオンバッテリ(蓄電体)32と、を備えている。なお、リチウムイオンバッテリ32を積極的に放電させるため、リチウムイオンバッテリ32の端子電圧は、鉛バッテリ31の端子電圧よりも高く設計されている。また、リチウムイオンバッテリ32を積極的に充放電させるため、リチウムイオンバッテリ32の内部抵抗は、鉛バッテリ31の内部抵抗よりも小さく設計されている。
車両用制御装置10の制御系について説明する。図3は車両用制御装置10の制御系を示す概略図である。図1および図3に示すように、車両用制御装置10には、エンジン12やスタータジェネレータ16等を制御するため、マイコン等からなるメインコントローラ(コントローラ)60が設けられている。このメインコントローラ60には、エンジン12を制御するエンジン制御部61、スタータジェネレータ16を制御するモータ制御部62、スイッチSW1,SW2を制御するスイッチ制御部63等の各機能部が設けられている。メインコントローラ60や前述した各コントローラ24,51は、CANやLIN等の車載ネットワーク64を介して互いに通信自在に接続されている。
スタータジェネレータ16の発電制御や力行制御に伴う電力供給状況について説明する。図4はスタータジェネレータ16を燃焼発電状態に制御したときの電力供給状況の一例を示す図である。図5はスタータジェネレータ16を発電休止状態に制御したときの電力供給状況の一例を示す図である。図6はスタータジェネレータ16を回生発電状態に制御したときの電力供給状況の一例を示す図である。図7はスタータジェネレータ16を力行状態に制御したときの電力供給状況の一例を示す図である。
図3に示すように、スタータジェネレータ16は、エンジンルーム等の車室外に設置されており、バッテリモジュール50は、センターコンソール等の車室内に設置されている。また、スタータジェネレータ16の正極端子16aに接続される正極ライン35は、スタータジェネレータ16の正極端子16aに接続される電源ケーブル90と、この電源ケーブル90に接続されるバッテリモジュール50内の通電ライン91と、によって構成されている。このように、スタータジェネレータ16に電流を供給する電源ケーブル90は、車室内と車室外とに跨って配設されている。つまり、電源ケーブル90の少なくとも一部は、車室内に設けられている。
前述したように、スタータジェネレータ16にバイパスコンデンサ41を並列接続することにより、電源ケーブル90から車室内に伝達される騒音を大きく下げることが可能である。しかしながら、図8に示した例では、バイパスコンデンサ41を組み付けた場合であっても、周波数fcの音圧レベルが最小可聴値αを若干上回ることになる。つまり、乗員によって騒音が検知されてしまう虞があることから、更なる電源ケーブル90の騒音対策が求められている。そこで、本発明の一実施の形態である車両用制御装置10においては、所定条件下でスタータジェネレータ16のアシストモードを禁止している。以下、スタータジェネレータ16によるアシストモードの実行手順について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載される車両用制御装置であって、
エンジンが備えるクランク軸の一端側に連結される変速機構と、
前記エンジンが備える前記クランク軸の他端側に、ベルト機構を介して連結されるスタータジェネレータと、
前記スタータジェネレータに並列接続されるコンデンサと、
前記スタータジェネレータに電源ケーブルを介して接続される蓄電体と、
前記スタータジェネレータを力行状態に制御し、運転中の前記エンジンに前記スタータジェネレータの動力を伝達するアシストモードを実行するモータ制御部と、
を有し、
前記電源ケーブルの少なくとも一部は、車室内に設けられ、
前記モータ制御部は、前記スタータジェネレータの回転速度が閾値を下回る場合に、前記アシストモードの実行を許可する一方、前記スタータジェネレータの回転速度が前記閾値を上回る場合に、前記アシストモードの実行を禁止する、
車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記閾値に基づき前記アシストモードの実行を禁止することにより、前記電源ケーブルから車室内に伝達される音の音圧レベルは最小可聴値よりも下に制限される、
車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記蓄電体は、車室内に設けられる、
車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記蓄電体と並列に前記電源ケーブルに接続される第2の蓄電体と、
前記第2の蓄電体に接続される複数の電気負荷と、
を有し、
前記電気負荷には、前記モータ制御部を備えるコントローラが含まれる、
車両用制御装置。
