Description
Claims (10)
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられ、用量送達中に前記装置本体に対して回転可能である、用量設定部材と、
前記用量設定部材に回転固定され、磁場を放出するリング状の被検知素子と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられた用量ボタンを備え、用量設定中に回転可能かつ用量送達中に前記装置本体に対して軸方向に移動可能である、アクチュエータと、
前記用量ボタンに取り外し可能に取り付けられた内側に延在する突起を有する用量送達測定モジュールであって、複数の回転センサを備え、前記複数の回転センサは、前記用量送達測定モジュールに取り付けられると共に前記用量送達測定モジュール内に入れられており、前記複数の回転センサは、等半径に離間されると共に等角度で互いから離間され、かつ軸方向において前記リング状の被検知素子の上にあり、用量送達中に前記用量ボタンに対する前記被検知素子の相対回転に応答し、前記複数の回転センサは、複数の磁気センサであり、前記リング状の被検知素子の外周に対して重なる位置に配置されている、用量送達測定モジュールと、
前記アクチュエータに対する前記用量設定部材の回転量を検出するように用量送達中に前記回転センサに応答する、コントローラと、を備える、薬物送達装置。 - 前記リング状の被検知素子が、前記用量設定部材に直接取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量設定部材が、用量設定中に前記アクチュエータに回転固定され、前記用量設定部材および前記アクチュエータが、用量設定中に前記装置本体に対して軸方向に一緒に回転および移動し、前記用量設定部材が、用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに対して回転可能であり、用量送達中に、前記アクチュエータが、軸方向に移動し、前記用量設定部材が、前記アクチュエータに対して回転する、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量送達測定モジュールが、前記用量設定部材の一部に対向する円筒状の下壁を含み、前記リング状の被検知素子が、前記用量設定部材の前記一部に回転固定され、前記回転センサが、前記用量送達測定モジュールに回転固定された回路基板に連結された、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記用量設定部材に対して軸方向に移動可能であり、前記アクチュエータが前記用量設定部材に対して回転固定された前記用量設定部材に対する第1の位置を有し、かつ、前記アクチュエータが前記用量設定部材に対して自由に回転する前記用量設定部材に対する第2の位置を有する、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 軸方向に加えられる圧力に応答する前記回転センサを起動するためのスイッチをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量設定部材が、スカート、フランジ、およびダイヤル部材のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 用量設定部材と、用量ボタンを備えたアクチュエータと、前記用量設定部材に取り付けられ、用量送達中に前記アクチュエータの用量ボタンに対して回転するリング状の双極磁石と、を含む薬物送達装置と共に使用するための用量送達測定モジュールであって、
薬物送達装置の前記アクチュエータの用量ボタンに取り外し可能に取り付けられるように適合された内側に延在する突起を有する、モジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングに取り付けられると共に前記モジュールハウジングに入れられており、等半径に離間されると共に等角度で互いから離間され、前記用量送達測定モジュールが前記アクチュエータに取り付けられたとき、軸方向において前記リング状の双極磁石の上にあって、前記リング状の双極磁石の外周に対して重なる位置に配置されており、かつ、前記アクチュエータの用量ボタンに対する用量設定部材の前記リング状の双極磁石の回転を検知するように配置された、複数の回転磁気センサと、
前記モジュールハウジングに取り付けられ、用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに対する前記用量設定部材の前記リング状の双極磁石の回転量を検出するように前記回転磁気センサに応答する、コントローラと、を備え、
前記モジュールハウジングは、前記内側に延在する突起が前記用量ボタンに取り付けられることにより前記モジュールハウジングが前記アクチュエータに取り付けられたときに、前記アクチュエータの近位に位置する区画を画定し、前記コントローラおよび回転磁気センサが、前記区画内に受容された、用量送達測定モジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングが、前記アクチュエータの表面と摩擦係合するための物理的形状を含む、請求項8に記載の用量送達測定モジュール。
- 薬物を含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の薬物送達装置。
