Claims (24)
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられ、用量送達中に第1の回転軸を中心に前記装置本体に対して回転可能な用量設定部材と、
前記用量設定部材に取り付けられ回転的に固定された被検知要素であって、前記用量設定部材の前記第1の回転軸を中心に半径方向に間隔を置いて配置された第1のギヤ歯を含む前記被検知要素と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータが、用量設定中の第1の動作モード中に、前記用量設定部材と軸方向におよび回転的に固定され、かつ前記第1の回転軸を中心に回転可能であり、前記アクチュエータが、用量送達中の第2の動作モード中に、前記装置本体に対して回転不能であり、前記被検知要素および前記用量設定部材が、送達される投与量に関連して用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに対して回転する、前記アクチュエータと、
用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに取り付けられた回転センサであって、前記回転センサが、第2の回転軸を中心に半径方向に間隔を置いて配置されて回転する第2のギヤ歯を含み、前記第2のギヤ歯は、前記第1のギヤ歯が用量送達中の前記アクチュエータに対する前記被検知要素の回転中に前記第1の回転軸を中心に回転すると、前記第2のギヤ歯が前記第2の回転軸を中心として回転駆動されるように、前記被検知要素の前記第1のギヤ歯によって動作可能に受容されており、前記回転センサが、前記第2のギヤ歯の前記回転に応答して前記用量設定部材の前記回転を検出する、前記回転センサと、
前記回転センサに応答し、用量送達中の前記アクチュエータに対する前記用量設定部材の前記検出された回転に基づいて送達用量を判定するコントローラと
