Description
Claims (19)
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体の端部に結合された用量ボタンと、
前記装置本体に結合され、設定または送達される用量の量に関して、前記装置本体に対して回転可能であり、近位表面を有する、用量設定構成要素と、
前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面上に位置決めされた環状の被検知素子と、
前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面に対向し、前記環状の被検知素子の近位表面に対して遠位に当接する近位の重なり合う支持体を含み、前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面と、前記近位の重なり合う支持体との間に前記環状の被検知素子を挟み、前記用量設定構成要素に軸方向におよび回転的に固定される、キャリアと、を備え、ばねが前記用量ボタンと前記用量設定構成要素との間に配設されて、前記キャリアを前記用量ボタンから離れるように付勢する、薬物送達装置。 - 前記キャリアが、前記環状の被検知素子の遠位の位置で前記用量設定構成要素に固定される、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記キャリアが、前記支持体から遠位に延在する複数の脚部を備え、前記用量設定構成要素が、前記脚部の一部を受容して前記キャリアをフランジに回転的に係止する軸スロットを含む前記フランジを備える、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記環状の被検知素子が、環状磁石である、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記環状の被検知素子が、接着剤を伴わずに前記キャリアを有する用量設定構成要素に結合される、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量ボタンに結合された用量検出システムを含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量検出システムが、前記環状の被検知素子の運動を検出するための複数のセンサを含む、請求項6に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量検出システムが、前記用量ボタンに取り外し可能に取り付けられたモジュール内に収容されている、請求項7に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記用量ボタンの側壁と係合するための複数のアームを含む、請求項8に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量検出システムが、前記用量ボタン内に収容されている、請求項7に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記キャリアが、前記環状の被検知素子内に適合するサイズの管状本体を含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記管状本体が、前記近位の重なり合う支持体に対して遠位に位置決めされた半径方向リップを含む、請求項11に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体の端部に結合された用量ボタンと、
前記装置本体に結合され、設定または送達される用量の量に関して、前記装置本体に対して回転可能であり、近位表面を有する、フランジと、
前記フランジの前記近位表面上に位置決めされた環状の磁気素子と、
前記フランジの前記近位表面に対向し、前記環状の磁気素子の近位表面に対して遠位に当接する重なり合う近位の支持体を含み、前記フランジの前記近位表面と、前記重なり合う近位の支持体との間に前記環状の磁気素子を挟み、前記フランジに軸方向におよび回転的に固定される、キャリアと、を備え、ばねが前記用量ボタンと前記フランジとの間に配設されて、前記キャリアを前記用量ボタンから離れるように付勢する、薬物送達装置。 - 前記キャリアが、前記環状の磁気素子の遠位の位置で前記フランジに固定される、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記キャリアが、前記環状の被検知素子内に適合するサイズの管状本体を含む、請求項14に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記キャリアが、前記近位支持体から遠位に延在して前記フランジに結合する複数の脚部を備える、請求項15に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記環状の磁気素子が、環状の双極磁石である、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記装置本体が、カートリッジと、前記カートリッジ内に含まれる薬物とを含む、請求項1または13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 被検知素子を、薬物送達装置の近位表面を有する用量設定構成要素に結合する方法であって、
環状の被検知素子および、前記環状の被検知素子内に適合するサイズの管状本体、前記管状本体を越えて半径方向に延在する近位リップ、および前記管状本体から遠位方向に近位リップから離れて延在する複数の結合脚部を含むキャリア、を提供することと、
前記環状の被検知素子を前記キャリアの前記管状本体上に、および前記近位リップの下で接触するように、結合することと、
前記半径方向リップと前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面との間に前記環状の被検知素子を挟むために、前記キャリアを前記環状の被検知素子と共に前記用量設定構成要素に結合することと、を含み、前記キャリアの前記結合脚部は、前記キャリアを前記環状の被検知素子と共に前記用量設定構成要素に回転的に係止するように、前記用量設定構成要素に係合されている、方法。
