Claims (22)
- 車両ミクロ気候システムであって、
マクロ気候環境を提供するように構成されているHVAC熱調節システムと、
複数のミクロ気候装置を有する補助的熱調節システムであって、前記ミクロ気候装置が、乗員にマクロ気候環境を提供する内部空間に配置されるように構成され、前記ミクロ気候装置が、前記マクロ気候環境と異なるミクロ気候環境を前記乗員に提供するように構成され、前記ミクロ気候装置が、前記乗員の部位に近接するように構成されている補助的熱調節システムと、
前記ミクロ気候装置と通信する制御装置であって、複数の熱エネルギー源から前記乗員が受ける熱エネルギーに基づいて計算される乗員個人快適性を判断するように構成される制御装置と、を包含し、
前記制御装置は、前記乗員個人快適性を判断し、前記複数の熱エネルギー源の少なくとも1つの入力に基づく所望の乗員個人快適性を達成するように、前記乗員個人快適性に応じて自動的に前記ミクロ気候装置に命令するように構成され、
前記制御装置が、前記内部空間に対する太陽負荷を判断し、
前記制御装置が、乗員個人快適性を達成するように、前記内部空間内の少なくとも1つのミクロ気候装置を調整することによって前記太陽負荷を補正し、前記制御装置によって調整されるミクロ気候装置はシート及びステアリングホイールの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記制御装置が、前記乗員に対応するユーザプロファイルを提供する乗員特性を有するメモリを含み、
前記乗員個人快適性の判断に前記ユーザプロファイルを使用するように前記制御装置が構成されている、車両ミクロ気候システム。 - 前記乗員特性が、乗員提供による快適性データを含む、請求項1に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。
- 前記乗員特性が、性別と身長と体重のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。
- 前記制御装置が、少なくとも1つのユーザ入力デバイスに基づいて前記メモリを修正するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。

- 前記乗員の部位が、手と足と首と顔と脚と腕と頭と胴体のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。

- 前記複数の熱エネルギー源が、TE OCC =Σq r +Σq cv +Σq cd で表される式に基づいており、TE OCC は乗員が受ける熱エネルギーであり、q r は熱放射源が提供する熱エネルギーであり、q cv は熱対流源が提供する熱エネルギーであり、q cd は熱伝導源が提供する熱エネルギーである、請求項1に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。
- 前記熱伝導源はシートバックからの冷房である、請求項17に記載の車両ミクロ気候システム。
