Claims (3)
- 動力を発生する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の排気ガスを車両側方又は車両後方へ排出する排気管と、を有する車両に搭載され、
バッテリの充電状態に応じて前記内燃機関の目標出力を決定する制御部を備える車両の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記排気管における前記車両のフロアパネルの下方の部位に対応する閾値である第1閾値と、
前記第1閾値よりも小さく設定され、前記車両の側方又は後方へ排気ガスを排出する排気管出口部に対応する閾値である第2閾値と、を有し、
前記バッテリへの充電のために前記目標出力が、前記車両にドライバの要求するアクセル開度に応じたドライバ要求出力より所定出力差以上大きく設定され、かつ、前記車両が停車状態である場合、
前記排気ガスから前記排気管へ伝熱する排気管伝熱量を積算した積算排気管伝熱量が前記第1閾値より大きい場合は前記内燃機関を停止し、
前記積算排気管伝熱量が前記第1閾値以下かつ前記第2閾値より大きい場合は前記内燃機関の前記目標出力を制限することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記排気管伝熱量を前記排気ガスの排気ガス温度と排気ガス流量とに基づいて決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記車両周辺の外気温が高いほど前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値を小さくなるように補正することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
