Description
前記二次電池の温度が前記閾値温度よりも低い状態で前記エンジントルクを一時的に増大した後に、前記第1モータの温度が所定の温度(すなわち、後述する温度T2)に到達する前に、前記一時動作点を前記通常動作点に移行することを特徴としている。
Claims (6)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンが出力する動力を電力に変換する発電機能を有する第1モータと、前記第1モータで発電した電力を蓄える二次電池と、前記二次電池から供給される電力を動力に変換してトルクを出力し、駆動輪に駆動力を発生させる第2モータと、前記エンジン、前記第1モータ、前記第2モータ、および、前記二次電池をそれぞれ制御するコントローラとを備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記二次電池の温度が、日本工業規格[JIS Z 8703]で定義されている常温の温度範囲(標準温度状態・20℃に対して許容差の級別・温度15級を用いた温度範囲;5〜35℃)を援用して前記二次電池の温度の範囲として定義する“常温”よりも低い状態であって、前記“常温”時と比較して、前記二次電池の出力性能が低下するとともに、前記エンジンの出力性能が向上する“低温”の状態を判断するための閾値として定めた閾値温度よりも前記二次電池の温度が低い場合で、かつ、運転者の要求出力が所定の出力よりも大きい場合は、前記エンジンで出力するエンジントルクを、前記二次電池の温度が前記閾値温度以上のときに前記要求出力に基づいて出力するべき前記エンジントルクよりも大きく、かつ、前記二次電池の温度が前記閾値温度以上のときに設定される前記“常温”時の前記エンジンの性能曲線を上回って出力可能な前記エンジントルクまで、一時的に増大し、前記第1モータで発電させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記二次電池の温度が前記閾値温度よりも低い状態で前記エンジントルクを一時的に増大した後に、前記エンジントルクを増大した状態における前記エンジンの運転状態を設定した前記エンジンの一時動作点を、前記“常温”時に前記要求出力に基づいて設定するべき前記エンジンの動作点であって、前記一時動作点よりも低トルクかつ高回転数側の通常動作点に移行して前記エンジンを制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記二次電池の温度が前記閾値温度よりも低い状態で前記エンジントルクを一時的に増大した後に、前記第1モータの温度が所定の温度に到達する前に、前記一時動作点を前記通常動作点に移行する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの冷却水の温度が所定の水温よりも高い場合は、前記エンジントルクを一時的に増大すると共に、前記エンジンを運転する際のエンジン回転数を、前記“常温”時に前記要求出力に基づいて制御するべき前記エンジン回転数よりも早期に上昇させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の残量よりも少ない場合は、前記エンジントルクを一時的に増大すると共に、前記エンジンを運転する際のエンジン回転数を、前記“常温”時に前記要求出力に基づいて制御するべき前記エンジン回転数よりも早期に上昇させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンは、前記エンジントルクで前記第1モータを駆動すると共に、前記エンジントルクを前記駆動輪に伝達し、前記駆動力を発生させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
