Claims (6)
- 内径面に軌道面を有する外輪と、外径面に軌道面を有する内輪と、前記外輪と内輪の間に二列に環状に配置される複数のころと、前記環状に配置される各列のころを転動自在に保持する保持器とを備え、前記保持器が、二列のころ列の間に配置される環状部と、この環状部の側面から延び、各列のころを転動自在に保持する複数の柱部とからなる複列ころ軸受において、前記各列のころの端面と前記保持器の環状部の側面の最小距離Cが、ころの最大直径をDとしたとき、0.003×D+0.12mmよりも小さく、前記ころの外径面と前記柱部の側面の最小距離Bと、前記最小距離Cとの関係が1.0≦B/C≦1.5を満たすことを特徴とする複列ころ軸受。
- 前記環状部の側面が前記ころの端面と平行であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複列ころ軸受。
- 前記環状部が、各列のころに対して単一の共通部材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複列ころ軸受。
- 前記環状部の軸方向の中央部に肉抜き部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の複列ころ軸受。
- 前記二列のころ列の間に、前記保持器のみを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の複列ころ軸受。
- 前記外輪の内径面に球面状に窪む軌道面、前記内輪の外径面に球面状に窪む二列の軌道面を有し、前記外輪と内輪の間に、転動面が球面状に膨らむころが配置され、軸受の径方向に延びる中心線をy軸、回転軸をx軸、軸受の接触角をα、ころの長さをLとしたとき、前記ころの端面は下式の直線上にある線分として定義される自動調心形式であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の複列ころ軸受。
