Description
Claims (5)
- 電動ブレーキ装置であって、
左右一輪毎に設けられ、電動モータの駆動により押圧部材を推進し、制動部材を被制動部材に押圧することで制動力を付与するブレーキ機構と、
前記制動部材を前記被制動部材に押圧した状態で制動力を保持する制動力保持機構と、
前記電動モータの駆動および前記制動力保持機構の作動を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記制動力保持機構により制動力を保持したあとに、左右いずれか一方の制動力を付与または維持した状態で他方の制動力の保持を解除し、さらに他方の制動力を付与したのち前記制動力保持機構により制動力を保持する再保持制御をする場合、左右いずれか一方の輪の再保持制御が完了するまでは、他方の輪の制動力の保持を解除しない電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記一方の輪の再保持制御が完了したあとに、前記他方の輪の再保持制御を開始する電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動ブレーキ装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記一方の輪の再保持制御中に制動力を保持できない状態になった場合、前記他方の輪の再保持制御を開始しない電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の電動ブレーキ装置であって、
前記再保持制御は、前記被制動部材の推定温度に基づいて開始される電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置であって、
前記制動力保持機構が制動力を保持しておらず、前記電動モータがトルクを発生していないときに、制動力が解除される方向に前記押圧部材を移動させるフェールオープン機構をさらに備える電動ブレーキ装置。
