Description
(i)少なくとも1種の水で湿ったセルロースエーテル出発物を用意する工程、
(ii)少なくとも1種の酸化剤を、工程(i)からのセルロースエーテル出発物に、せん断しながら添加する工程、
(iii)工程(ii)において得られた混合物を、20~100℃、好ましくは70~100℃の範囲内の温度で、処理する工程、
(iv)工程(iii)において得られた混合物を乾燥させる工程、及び
(v)少なくとも1種のアルカリ性の塩を、工程(iv)において得られた混合物に添加して、該低粘度セルロースエーテル製品を得る工程
を含み、ここで、該セルロースエーテル出発物は、該セルロースエーテル製品よりも高い溶液粘度を有する。
Claims (24)
- 低粘度セルロースエーテル製品を製造する方法であって、次の工程:
(i)少なくとも1種の水で湿ったセルロースエーテル出発物であるヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)を用意する工程、
(ii)少なくとも1種の酸化剤を、工程(i)からの前記セルロースエーテル出発物に、せん断しながら添加する工程、
(iii)工程(ii)において得られた混合物を、20~100℃の範囲内の温度で処理する工程、
(iv)工程(iii)において得られた混合物を乾燥させる工程及び
(v)少なくとも1種のアルカリ性の塩を、工程(iv)において得られた混合物に添加して、前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品を得る工程
を含み、前記セルロースエーテル出発物が、前記セルロースエーテル製品よりも高い溶液粘度を有する、前記方法。 - 工程(i)からの前記水で湿ったセルロースエーテル出発物の固形物含有率が、その全質量を基準として、20~90質量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2%の水溶液としての、工程(i)からの前記セルロースエーテル出発物の溶液粘度が、100~60000mPasの範囲内である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化剤が、過酸化物及びそれらの塩、過酸及びそれらの塩、O2及びO3から選択されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化剤を、溶液で、固体の形で又はガスとして添加する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化剤を、前記セルロースエーテル出発物の乾燥質量を基準として、0.01~10質量%の量で、添加する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化剤を、一度に又は連続的に添加する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化剤を、撹拌、混練又はせん断しながら行う、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)を、一定温度で又は温度勾配を伴って行う、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)を、30~600分の期間にわたって行う、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)をせん断しながら行う、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iv)を、40~200℃の温度で、任意に減圧下(1bar未満)で、行う、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iv)の後に得られた混合物の含水率が、前記混合物の全質量を基準として、10質量%以下である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iv)による乾燥後に、粉砕工程を行ってよい、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(v)における前記アルカリ性の塩を、固体として添加する、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性の塩が、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸二ナトリウム、リン酸二水素ナトリウム、リン酸水素二ナトリウム及びリン酸三ナトリウムからなる群から選択されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(v)における前記アルカリ性の塩を、工程(iv)において得られた混合物の全質量を基準として、0.01~3質量%の量で添加する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性の塩の量を、前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品の2%の水溶液のpH値が5~8であるように調節する、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品が2%の水溶液として、5~8のpH値を有する、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(v)の後に得られた低粘度セルロースエーテル製品が2%の水溶液として、1~30mPasの溶液粘度を有する、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品の溶液粘度が、前記セルロースエーテル出発物の溶液粘度の0.03~10%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品が、ASTME313に従って測定して、10未満の黄変色指数を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品の硫酸塩灰分濃度が、欧州薬局方[9004-64-2]に従って1%未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低粘度セルロースエーテル製品の塩化物含有率が、欧州薬局方[9004-64-2]に従って0.5%未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
