Description
この発明は、パルプ材料等（パルプ材料、草及び植物性樹脂）製ラップ式やトップシール式トレー、弁当容器類等の食品収容容器に係り、詳記すればパルプ材料等からなる厚紙状物から形成した食品収容容器に、肉、魚等を収容し斜めにしても逆さにしても、血液や液汁が滲入したりしないと共に、破れや接着剥がれ等の成形上の問題点を無くすと共に食品容器内に外気が侵入しないように完全密封できるようにした食品収容容器に関する。
図1は、従来の食品収容容器を示すものであり、側面壁１と２との間に折込片３が連設され、側面片1の表面に貼着させる側面片２の折込片３より上の部分に略長方形の折り返し部4が形成されている。折り返し部4を折り返して側面片1に貼着させても表面にパルプ材料等の切断面が出ないので、血液や液汁が滲むように滲入して容器の外観を汚くするという問題は生じない。
しかしながら、側面壁１と２と略長方形の折り返し部4とが重なる部分は、３重となり厚くなり過ぎるので、成形上破れが生じたり、接着面が剥がれやすく、不良率が多くなり、商品としての採算が合わなかった。そればかりか、トップシールすると、厚い凹凸の段差のため、空気の隙間が生じてしまい、完全密封するというトップシールの目的が達成し得ない問題も生じる。
この発明は、このような点に着目してなされたものであり、破れやすい、剥がれやすいの問題点を解決し、量産性を良くすると共に完全密封し得る食品収容容器を提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するため、本発明者は鋭意研究の結果、折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の中間に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにすることにより、切断面は容器内面に出ないので、血液や液汁が滲むように滲入する問題は生じないと共に、フランジ部分の折り返し部の無い部分は厚くならないことを想到し、本発明に到達した。
即ち本発明は、パルプ材料から厚紙状物に形成し、該厚紙状物にヒートシール能を有する熱可塑性樹脂をコーティングし、前記厚紙状物の四隅に側面片と、隣接する側面片を連結する折込片とを有し、該折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の内面側より外側に至る中間以内の位置に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにし、折込片を挟んで両側面片を重合貼着させることによって、容器内面前記重合部の端部にパルプ材料の切断面を有しないことと、実質的に三重部分を無くしたことを特徴とする。
前記折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の内面側より外側に至る中間以内の位置は、上になる側面片の内面側より１／３～１／２とするのが望ましい（請求項２）。
以上述べた如く本発明によれば、折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の中間に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにし、折込片を挟んで両側面片を重合貼着させることによって、パルプ材料等の切断面は容器内面に出ないので、血液や液汁が滲むように滲入して容器の外観を汚くするという課題を解決すると共に、三重部分が実質的にないので、破れやすい、剥がれ易い等の従来の問題点を解決すると共にトップシールしても平坦にできると言う絶大な効果を奏する。

次に、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
本発明は、パルプ材料等から食品収納容器を形成する。 パルプ材料等から食品収納容器を形成するには、パルプ材料等から所定の大きさの厚紙状物に形成し、裏面にヒートシール能を有 する熱可塑性樹脂を塗布し、前記厚紙状物の四隅に側面片を形成する切断部を形成した厚紙状物を、凹凸一対のプレス金型で加熱や高周波等によりプレスすれば良い。プレスするには 、対向する一方の側面片は、先に起立させなければならない。金型でプレスする代わりに熱風を吹き付けて加熱プレスしても良い。
図２は、本発明のトレーの実施例を示すものであり、図２（ｂ）に示すように、側面片１と側面片２との間に折込片３が連接され、折込片３上端の一端が上になる側面片２のフランジ部分５の内面側より１／３～１／２位（中間）に達し、他端はフランジ部分５に達しないようにし、折込片３を挟んで両側面片１，２を側面片２が上になるように、重合貼着させる。上記実施例に於いては、側面片２のフランジ部分５より上の部分に折り返し部６が形成されている。
上記のように構成されているので、内面四隅上部のドリップ部分は無くなり、しかもフランジ部分５の外側より１／２～２／３位までの間においては、四隅の段差が殆どない（一枚重ね）ので確実に接着するから、トップシールしても、空気洩れも無いので、トップシールタイプの容器として理想的である。
図３は、本発明の他の実施例を示すものであり、折り返し部６が形成されていない以外は、上記実施例と同様に構成されている。 折込片は、折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の中間に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにすればよく、その形状は特に限定されない。例えば、図４及び図５に示すように、段差のある折込片３´であっても差し支えない。．
本発明の方法により製造する食品収納容器としては、特に限定されないが、好適なものとして、トレー、弁当容器及び万能容器等の食品容器類が挙げられる。上記のように製造した容器は、パルプ材料等の切断面が容器内面に無いので、ここから肉 、魚、レバー等の血液、水分等が浸み込む恐れはないと共に、三重部分が実質的にないので、ほぼ平坦にでき、成形上の問題も解決できる。
本発明によれば、折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の中間に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにし、折込片を挟んで両側面片を重合貼着させることによって、パルプ材料等の切断面は表面に出ないので、血液や液汁が滲むように滲入して容器の外観を汚くするという課題を解決すると共に、三重部分が実質的になくなり、平坦にできると言う長年の課題を解決したものであるので、その利用が期待される。
Claims (3)
- パルプ材料から厚紙状物に形成し、該厚紙状物にヒートシール能を有する熱可塑性樹脂をコーティングし、前記厚紙状物の四隅に側面片と、隣接する側面片を連結する折込片とを有し、該折込片上端の一端が上になる側面片のフランジ部分の内面側より外側に至る中間以内の位置に達し、他端はフランジ部分に達しないようにし、折込片を挟んで両側面片を重合貼着させることを特徴とする食品収容容器。
- 前記折込片上端の一端は、上になる側面片のフランジ部分の内面側より１／３～１／２となる位置とする請求項１に記載の食品収容容器。
- 前記食品収容容器がトップシール用である請求項1又は２に記載の食品収容容器。
