Abstract

本发明提供一种食品容纳容器，不会使血液、液汁渗入，并且几乎没有四角的阶梯，即使进行顶盖密封也不会产生空气的间隙。该食品容纳容器由纸浆材料等形成为厚纸状物，在该厚纸状物涂敷具有热封能的热塑性树脂，在上述厚纸状物的四角具有侧面片和将相邻的侧面片连结的折入片，使该折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，且另一端不到达凸缘部分，夹着折入片使两侧面片重合粘贴，由此能够将凸缘的接触部形成为平坦。

食品容纳容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸浆材料等(纸浆材料、草及植物性树脂)制包式或顶盖密封式托盘、盒饭容器类等食品容纳容器，详细而言，涉及一种食品容纳容器，在由纸浆材料等构成的厚纸状物形成的食品容纳容器中容纳肉、鱼等，即使其倾斜或颠倒，血液、液汁也不会渗入，能够消除破裂、粘接剥离等成型上的问题，并且能够完全密封，以使外部气体不会侵入食品容器内。
背景技术
图1表示现有的食品容纳容器，在侧面壁1与2之间连续设置有折入片3，在粘贴于侧面片1的表面的侧面片2的比折入片3靠上的部分形成有大致长方形的回折部4。即使将回折部4回折而粘贴于侧面片1，也不会在表面露出纸浆材料等的切断面，因此不会产生血液、液汁以浸润的方式渗入而污染容器的外观的问题。
然而，侧面壁1、2以及大致长方形的回折部4重叠的部分为三层，变得过厚，因此成形上产生破损，或者粘接面容易剥离，次品率增高，没有作为商品的商业意义。不仅如此，若进行顶盖密封，则由于较厚的凹凸的阶梯，会产生空气的间隙，产生无法实现完全密封这样的顶盖密封的目的的问题。
发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明是着眼于这样的点而完成的，其目的在于解决容易破损、容易剥离的问题点，提供一种量产性良好，并且可以完全密封的食品容纳容器。
用于解决课题的方案
为了实现上述目的，本发明人进行了深入研究，结果想到如下情况而实现本发明，即，通过使折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，且另一端不到达凸缘部分，切断面则不会出现在容器内表面，因此不会产生血液、液汁以浸渗的方式渗入的问题，并且凸缘部分的没有回折部的部分不会变厚。
即，本发明的特征在于，由纸浆材料等形成为厚纸状物，在该厚纸状物涂敷具有热封能的热塑性树脂，在上述厚纸状物的四角具有侧面片和将相邻的侧面片连结的折入片，使该折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，且另一端不到达凸缘部分，夹着折入片使两侧面片重合粘贴，由此在容器内表面的上述重合部的端部没有纸浆材料等的切断面，而且实质上消除了三层部分。
优选的是，上述折入片上端的一端到达的成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间为自凸缘部分的内表面侧起的1/3～1/2处。
发明效果
如上所述，根据本发明，使折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，另一端不到达凸缘部分，夹着折入片使两侧面片重合粘贴，由此纸浆材料等的切断面不会露出于容器内表面，因此，解决了血液、液汁以浸渗的方式渗入而污染容器的外观的课题，并且由于实质上没有三层部分，因此解决了容易破损、容易剥离等一直以来的问题点，并且起到即使进行顶盖密封也能够平坦的绝好效果。

具体实施方式
接着，对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
本发明由纸浆材料等形成食品容纳容器。为了由纸浆材料等形成食品容纳容器，只要如下操作即可，即，由纸浆材料等形成预定大小的厚纸状物，在背面涂敷具有热封能的热塑性树脂，在上述厚纸状物的四角形成用于形成侧面片的切断部，将这样的厚纸状物用凹凸的一对冲压模具通过加热或高频等冲压。为了进行冲压，对置的一方的侧面片必须先立起。也可以代替利用模具进行冲压而吹送热风进行热压。
图2是表示本发明的托盘的实施例的图，如图2(b)所示，在侧面片1与2之间连结有折入片3，折入片3上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片2的凸缘部分5的自内表面侧起的1/3～1/2位置处(中间)，另一端未到达凸缘部分5，夹着折入片3使两侧面片1和2以侧面片2在上的方式重合粘贴。在上述实施例中，在侧面片2的比凸缘部分5靠上的部分形成有回折部6。
由于如上述那样构成，因此内表面四角上部的滴漏部分消失，而且在凸缘部分5的从外侧到1/2～2/3位置之间几乎没有四角的阶梯(重叠一张)，因此可靠地粘接，因此即使进行顶盖密封，也没有空气泄漏，因此作为顶盖密封型的容器是理想的。
图3表示本发明的其它实施例，除了未形成回折部6，与上述实施例同样地构成。折入片只要折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，且另一端不到达凸缘部分即可，其形状没有特别限定。例如，如图4和图5所示，也可以是具有阶梯的折入片3’。
作为通过本发明的方法制造的食品容纳容器，没有特别限定，作为优选的容器，可列举出托盘、盒饭容器以及万能容器等食品容器类。如上述那样制造的容器由于在容器内表面不存在纸浆材料等的切断面，因此不存在肉、鱼、肝脏等的血液、水分等浸入的担忧，而且由于实质上不是三层部分，因此能够大致平坦，也能够解决成形上的问题。
生产上的可利用性
根据本发明，使折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，另一端不到达凸缘部分，夹着折入片使两侧面片重合粘贴，由此纸浆材料等的切断面不会出现于表面，因此，解决了血液、液汁以浸渗的方式渗入而污染容器的外观的课题，并且，由于实质上不是三层部分，解决了平坦这一长期课题，因此期待该技术的利用。

Claims (2)

1.一种食品容纳容器，其特征在于，
由纸浆材料形成为厚纸状物，在该厚纸状物涂敷具有热封能力的热塑性树脂，在所述厚纸状物的四角具有侧面片和将相邻的侧面片连结的折入片，使该折入片上端的一端到达成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间，且另一端不到达凸缘部分，夹着折入片使两侧面片重合粘贴，
所述折入片上端的一端到达的成为上方的侧面片的凸缘部分的中间为自凸缘部分的内表面侧起的1/3～1/2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品容纳容器，其特征在于，
所述食品容纳容器为顶盖密封用。
