包装盘2由纸板形成，或者最好由具有纸板的层压件形成。所形成的包装盘2特别用于新鲜食品(如肉、薄片肉或者蔬菜、家禽、鱼、水果、蔬菜、沙拉、意大利面制品、正餐盘装菜、面包和牛奶产品)，在此最好使用层压材料，在层压材料中，芯部材料基本上包括纸板，该纸板借助于喷涂或者挤压成型设置有合适的表面涂层，在侧部上与食品接触的表面涂层由不透气的焊接涂层构成。包装盘的外侧或者下侧或者材料层可以被浸渍，从而使外侧或者下侧吸收较少。
借助于盘2的上部焊接涂层，当食品放置在上面时，借助于延伸到食品(如鸡肉)的不透气可焊接塑料膜，在顶部能够非常容易地密封住包装盘2，而该塑料膜焊接到环形边缘12上，同时用保护性气体来换气，因此可以形成能有效密封的和像样的售卖包装，而且该包装可以很长时间地保质(储存期限)。
借助于焊接工具可以将带有突出边缘的焊接底板焊接在一起，因此只沿着边缘焊接在一起，或者使用平的焊接平板。为了确保正确焊接和在具有弯曲线10的拐角部分8处不透气，也可以使用具有相互配合的突出边缘、槽或者薄板的焊接底板或者焊接板。
图2示出了通过包装盘2的纵向剖面图，进一步用点画线示出了：边缘和边缘之间焊接在一起的两个相同形状的包装盘2可以形成具有相对较大容量的包装。
图3示出了通过包装盘2的横剖面图，进一步用点画线示出了：包装盘2可以设置有最好是刚性的圆拱形盖18，例如，该盖18可以是透明的并且可以被印制符号。
包装盘的表面涂层最好包括几层，即下部硬纸板层和上部柔软焊接层，在压制成型过程中，上部软焊接层借助于加热或者摩擦熔化在一起，因此在拐角区域内的弯曲线必然被弄平并且以不透气的方式焊接在一起。
用作准备好的正餐盘装菜或者其它食品(如比萨和其它常常在微波炉中进行蒸煮的生面团)的包装时，这样是合适的：构成了包装盘的内侧的纸板或者纸材料的至少侧边向着纸板或者纸材料的方向涂有感受涂层(susceptor coating)，而该感受涂层包括硬塑料层(如PET或者PEN)，而它在相对侧上包括软焊接涂层。因此，获取较长的储存期限，同时可以更快地并且更加均匀地在微波炉内进行烘烤是可以实现的。而且内侧上的盖设置有感受涂层也是有利的。
应该提到，在本发明的范围内，可以设计不是所描述的基本上为矩形的其它形状的包装盘。例如，根据本发明，包装盘可以设计成基本上为圆形或者基本上为椭圆形。根据本发明，包装盘的另一种可能的替换形式可以设计成具有许多隔室的盘，而这些隔室甚至可以设置成用一个所述覆盖物来单独密封，还可能包括有在密封过程中用保护气体来换气。

Claims (10)

1.一种包装盘，包括一个平坦底面、从所述平坦底面向上延伸到一个环形边缘的倾斜侧壁，所述环形边缘包括设有弯曲线的圆形拐角部分，所述环形边缘与所述底面平行，并且所述包装盘由一个纸板、纸、或者纸板或纸的层压件制成，在所述平坦底面、倾斜侧壁和具有一定厚度的环形边缘上设有气密可焊接的表面涂层，以提供一个具有光滑弯曲曲线的顶面以便与包装盘顶部一起密封，所述包装盘顶部包括一个气密可焊接的表面涂层，在将食品装入其中时，气密可焊接的表面涂层利用粘结以气密方式连接在所述环形边缘上，从而将食品以与外界大气密封的方式而封闭其中。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装盘，其特征在于，所述包装盘顶部包括一个可以从包装盘的环形边缘上剥离下来的覆盖膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的包装盘，其特征在于，包装盘和包装盘顶部中的至少一个设置有印刷字符。
4.如权利要求2所述的包装盘，其特征在于，包装盘和包装盘顶部中的至少一个设置有印刷字符。
5.如权利要求1所述的包装盘，其特征在于，所述包装盘是利用在纸板、纸、或者纸板或纸的层压件与包括感受涂层的表面涂层之间进行压制而形成包装盘的上边和侧边。
6.如权利要求1所述的包装盘，其特征在于，所述包装盘是压制成的并且是圆形的。
7.如权利要求1所述的包装盘，其特征在于，所述包装盘是压制成的并且是椭圆形。
8.一种用于制造根据权利要求1的包装盘的方法，其中，所述包装盘是由纸板的片状或者卷筒形材料层制造，所述材料借助于挤压设有涂层，对应于包装盘形状的纸板坯被冲压出凸饰在拐角处的弯曲线，随后纸板坯利用压制成型工具被压制成包装盘。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法，其特征在于，所述表面涂层借助加热和摩擦来使环形边缘的拐角部分处的弯曲线光滑和熔化在一起。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包装盘的使用，其用作食品出售包装，将食品放置在该包装盘上，利用包装盘顶部将其盖住，所述包装盘顶部是利用焊接连接在包装盘的环形边缘同时用保护气进行包装盘内的换气。
