借助于焊接工具可以将带有突出边缘的焊接底板焊接在一起，因此只沿着边缘焊接在一起，或者使用平的焊接平板。为了确保正确焊接和在具有弯曲线10的拐角部分8处不透气，也可以使用具有相互配合的突出边缘、槽或者薄板的焊接底板或者焊接板。
图2示出了通过包装盘2的纵向剖面图，进一步用点画线示出了：边缘和边缘之间焊接在一起的两个相同形状的包装盘2可以形成具有相对较大容量的包装。
图3示出了通过包装盘2的横剖面图，进一步用点画线示出了：包装盘2可以设置有最好是刚性的圆拱形盖18，例如，该盖18可以是透明的并且可以被印制符号。
包装盘的表面涂层最好包括几层，即下部硬纸板层和上部柔软焊接层，在模制过程中，上部软焊接层借助于加热或者摩擦熔化在一起，因此在拐角区域内的弯曲线必然被弄平并且以不透气的方式焊接在一起。
用作准备好的正餐盘装菜或者其它食品(如比萨和其它常常在微波炉中进行蒸煮的生面团)的包装时，这样是合适的：构成了包装盘的内侧的纸板或者纸材料的至少侧边向着纸板或者纸材料的方向涂有基座涂层(susceptor coating)，而该基座涂层包括硬塑料层(如PET或者PEN)，而它在相对侧上包括软焊接涂层。因此，获取较长的储存期限，同时可以更快地并且更加均匀地在微波炉内进行烘烤是可以实现的。而且内侧上的盖设置有基座涂层也是有利的。
应该提到，在本发明的范围内，可以设计不是所描述的基本上为矩形的其它形状的包装盘。例如，根据本发明，包装盘可以设计成基本上为圆形或者基本上为椭圆形。根据本发明，包装盘的另一种可能的替换形式可以设计成具有许多隔室的盘，而这些隔室甚至可以设置成用一个所述覆盖物来单独密封，还可能包括有在密封过程中用保护气体来换气。

Claims (10)

1．一种包装盘(2)，它基本上由纸板、纸或者层压件形成，而该层压件例如通过挤压来形成并且在纸板或者纸的基础上形成，尤其地，该包装盘用作食品(如肉、薄片肉或者蔬菜、家禽、鱼、水果、蔬菜、沙拉、意大利面制品、正餐盘装菜、面包和牛奶产品)的出售包装，该盘最好是具有圆形拐角部分(8)、基本平坦的的底部(14)和倾斜侧壁(16)的矩形，该侧壁(16)在顶部沿环形边缘(12)延伸，而环形边缘(12)与底部(14)接近平行地进行延伸，其特征在于：所述盘(2)包括一个模制元件，该元件的上侧包括不透气和/或防扩散涂层，该涂层具有阻挡能力以使覆盖膜或者如拱形透明盖(18)借助于焊接使所述盖子与所述环形边缘不透气或者防扩散地连接在一起。
2．如权利要求1所述的包装盘(2)，其特征在于：所述环形边缘(12)至少在与所述圆形拐角部分(8)相对处设计有许多弯曲线(10)，所述涂层具有某一最小厚度。
3．如权利要求1所述的包装盘(2)，其特征在于：所述膜包装是所谓的可剥离的薄片，即该薄片特别容易从包装盘的环形边缘(12)上拆下。
4．如权利要求1所述的包装盘(2)，其特征在于：所述拱形盖是由相对应设计的反向盘(2)来构成，这些盘边对边地焊接在一起。
5．如权利要求1-4任一所述的包装盘，其特征在于：盘(2)、盖(18)和可能的纸层压膜包装设置有印刷符号。
6．一种用纸板材料的片状或者卷筒形材料层制造权利要求1的包装盘的方法，该材料被层压、喷涂或者借助于挤压方法设有涂层，该材料的表面涂层可以焊接，其特征在于：冲压出形状与包装盘相一致的坯料，最好同时在坯料的拐角部分处凸饰出许多弯曲线，并且在此后借助于模制工具、最好是加热过的模制工具来模制这些坯料。
7．如权利要求5所述的方法，其特征在于：使用具有特别厚的表面涂层的材料，该表面涂层在后来的模制中借助于加热和摩擦来确保至少在环形边缘的拐角部分处使弯曲线光滑并且熔化在一起。
8．一种使用如权利要求1所述的包装盘的方法，例如，该包装盘用作食品出售包装，在这里，把一个或者多个食物(如最近屠杀的鸡)放置在该盘上，其特征在于：食品借助于可焊接的不透气的膜来盖住，而该膜被焊接到包装盘的环形边缘上，最好同时用保护气进行换气。
9．一种使用如权利要求1所述的包装盘的方法，例如，该包装盘用作食品出售包装，在这里，把一个或者多个食物(如一部分切碎的果肉或者肉)放置在该盘上，其特征在于：食品借助于例如拱形的透明塑料盖来盖住，而该盖被焊接到包装盘的环形边缘上，最好同时用保护气进行换气。
10．一种使用如权利要求1所述的包装盘的方法，例如，该包装盘用作食品(如准备好的正餐盘装菜)出售包装，在这里，把一部分食品放置在该盘上，其特征在于：食品借助于拱形盖来盖住，而该盖是由相应形状的反向盘构成，这些盘在环形边缘处焊接在一起，最好同时用保护气进行换气。
