Description
前記エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体としては、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、エチレン-1-ブテン共重合体、エチレン-1-ペンテン共重合体、エチレン-1-ヘキセン共重合体、エチレン-1-ヘプテン共重合体、エチレン-1-オクテン共重合体などを挙げることができる。これらのうち、エチレン-1-ブテン共重合体、エチレン-1-ヘキセン共重合体、エチレン-1-オクテン共重合体が特に好ましい。なお、エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体としては、エチレンと、2種以上のα-オレフィンとを共重合したものを用いてもよい。

前記エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体のメルトフローレイト(MFR)は、好ましくは0.05g/10分以上20g/10分以下であり、より好ましくは0.1g/10分以上15g/10分以下である。該MFRは、JIS K 7210:1995に従い、温度190℃、荷重21.18Nの条件でA法により測定される。
前記粒子は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとスチレンとの共重合体粒子である。(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしては、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ブチルなどを挙げることができ、好ましくはアクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチル又はメタクリル酸ブチルであり、より好ましくはメタクリル酸メチルである。なお、本明細書中において、粒子とは、特に説明がない限り、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとスチレンとの共重合体粒子のことを意味する。
本発明に係るフィルムを構成する樹脂組成物において、前記エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体の含有量は、0℃付近に達する冬季において光散乱性を低くする観点から、好ましくは50質量部以上であり、より好ましくは65質量部以上であり、さらに好ましくは75質量部以上であり、特に好ましくは80質量部以上である。また、40℃付近に達する夏季において光散乱性を高くする観点から、前記エチレン-α-オレフィンの含有量は、好ましくは98質量部以下であり、より好ましくは94質量部以下であり、さらに好ましくは91質量部以下であり、特に好ましくは89質量部以下である(ただし、共重合体と粒子との合計量を100質量部とする。)。
本発明に係るフィルムは、前記の樹脂組成物からなる層を少なくとも1層有するフィルムである。
前記塗工液には、塗工性を向上させるために、シリコーン系界面活性剤、フッ素系界面活性剤を含有させることができる。シリコーン系界面活性剤としては、例えばポリエーテル変性シリコーンオイルが挙げられる。
本発明の一形態に係るフィルムは、農業用フィルムとして用いることができる。より具体的には、植物栽培用の温室の外張り又は内張りフィルム、及びトンネルの被覆材などとして好適に用いることができる。
<ヘイズ値>
株式会社村上色彩技術研究所製 温調ヘイズメーター(THM-150TL)を使用し、0℃及び40℃において測定を行った。温度以外の測定条件はJIS K 7136:2000に準拠した。なお、ヘイズ値の差(0℃と40℃の差)は、下記式(2)にて算出した値である。

(エクセレン(登録商標)GMH GH051 住友化学株式会社製)
なお、PE-1及びPE-2についても、エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体の場合と同じく、MFRは、JIS K 7210:1995に従い、温度190℃、荷重21.18Nの条件でA法により測定された値に相当する。
ER-1 85質量部と、粒子-1 15質量部とを混合し、ラボプラストミル(株式会社東洋精機製作所製)に供し、温度150℃、回転数60rpmの条件で5分間混練し、樹脂組成物を得た。当該樹脂組成物を150℃でプレス成形することにより厚さ100μmのフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及び上述の式(2)により算出したヘイズ値の差を表1に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-2を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表1に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-3を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表1に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-4を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表1に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-5を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表1に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-6を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表2に示す。
ER-1に代えてER-7を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表2に示す。
粒子-1に代えて粒子-2を用いたほかは、実施例5と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表2に示す。
粒子-1に代えて粒子-3を用いたほかは、実施例5と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表2に示す。
粒子-1に代えて粒子-4を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値、及びヘイズ値の差を表3に示す。
粒子-1に代えて粒子-5を用いたほかは、実施例1と同じように樹脂組成物及びフィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの0℃及び40℃におけるヘイズ値を表3に示す。
実施例8として、ポリオレフィン系樹脂層/樹脂組成物の層/ポリオレフィン系樹脂層を備えたフィルムを作成し、評価を行なった。
粒子-1 50質量部と、ER-1 49.2質量部と、酸化防止剤としてIrganox1010(BASF社製)0.8質量部とをバンバリーミキサーに供給し、160℃で5分間混合し、得られた混合物を65mmφ単軸押出機に供給して押出し、ペレット化することで、中間層として用いる樹脂組成物のためのマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチをMB-1とした。
内層用押出機(40mm押出機)と、中間層用押出機(40mm押出機)と、外層用押出機(40mm押出機)と、100mmφダイス(リップ間隙 1.2mm)とを備えた3層インフレーション成形機を用い、三層のチューブ状フィルムを成形した。
Claims (3)
- 密度が860kg/m3以上895kg/m3以下の範囲内である、エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体と、
屈折率が1.500以上1.515以下の範囲内である、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとスチレンとの共重合体粒子と、
を含有し、
前記エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体と前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとスチレンとの共重合体粒子との合計量を100質量部としたときの前記エチレン-α-オレフィン共重合体の含有量は50質量部以上98質量部以下であり、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとスチレンとの共重合体粒子の含有量は2質量部以上50質量部以下である樹脂組成物からなる層を少なくとも1層有する、フィルム。 - 請求項1に記載のフィルムからなる、農業用フィルム。
- 請求項2に記載の農業用フィルムを備えてなる、農園芸用施設。
