Claims (12)
- ポリエステル樹脂基層と、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層の一方の面に形成される艶消し層と、を含む二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜であって、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層の総重量を100wt%とした場合、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層は、
(1)固有粘度(Intrinsic Viscosity)が0.5dL/g~0.8dL/gであるポリエステル樹脂基層材料50wt%~95wt%と、
(2)前記ポリエステル樹脂基層材料に分散され、固有粘度が0.9dL/g~1.1dL/gである高粘度ポリエステル樹脂材料0.01wt%~5wt%と、
を含み、
前記艶消し層の総重量を100wt%とした場合、前記艶消し層は、
(1)固有粘度が0.5dL/g~0.8dL/gであるポリエステル樹脂マトリックス材料50wt%~95wt%と、
(2)前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス材料に分散され、平均粒子径が0.15μm~10μmであるフィラー粒子0.3wt%~40wt%と、
を含むことを特徴とする、二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。 - 前記ポリエステル樹脂基層はフィラー粒子を含まず、前記艶消し層は高粘度ポリエステル樹脂材料を含まない、請求項1に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂基層は1μm~100μmの厚さを有し、前記艶消し層は1μm~100μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。
- 前記フィラー粒子はさらに、
第1の平均粒子径を有する第1のフィラー粒子と、
前記第1のフィラー粒子と互いにブレンドされ、第2の平均粒子径を有する第2のフィラー粒子と、
に区別され、
前記第1の平均粒子径は0.15μm~2μmであり、前記第2の平均粒子径は2μm~10μmである、請求項1に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。 - 前記第1の平均粒子径と前記第2の平均粒子径との差の絶対値は1μm以上である、請求項4に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂基層から離れた、前記艶消し層における一方の面は、150nm~950nmの平均粗さ(Ra)を有し、
前記二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜は、全体において、80%以上の透明度、60%以下の光沢度及び4%以上のヘイズ度を有する、請求項4に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。 - 前記ポリエステル樹脂基層材料、前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス材料及び前記高粘度ポリエステル樹脂材料は、いずれも二塩基酸と、二価アルコールとの縮合重合反応によって得られた高分子重合体であり、
前記第1のフィラー粒子の材料及び前記第2のフィラー粒子の材料はそれぞれ、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、二酸化セリウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、アルミナ、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ホウ素、酸化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸バリウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸カルシウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、リン酸リチウム、リン酸カルシウム、リン酸マグネシウム、窒化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウム、カーボンブラック、タルク、カオリン及び架橋重合体の粒子から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項3に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。 - 前記艶消し層の外面を艶消し面と定義すると共に、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層の外面を平坦面と定義し、
前記二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜において、艶消し面の粗さ/平坦面の粗さの比の値は1.3以上であり、
前記二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜において、艶消し面の光沢度/平坦面の光沢度の比の値は0.9以下である、請求項1に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜。 - ポリエステル樹脂基層原料及び高粘度ポリエステル樹脂原料を第1の押出機に仕込むステップと、
ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス原料及びフィラー粒子を第2の押出機に仕込むステップと、
前記第1の押出機に仕込まれた前記ポリエステル樹脂基層原料及び前記高粘度ポリエステル樹脂原料と、前記第2の押出機に仕込まれた前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス原料及び前記フィラー粒子とを共押出法によって共押出し、それによって、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層原料及び前記高粘度ポリエステル樹脂原料をポリエステル樹脂基層に形成すると共に、前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス原料及び前記フィラー粒子を前記ポリエステル樹脂基層の一方の面に位置する艶消し層に形成するステップと、
前記ポリエステル樹脂基層及び前記艶消し層が共に構成した未延伸のポリエステル薄膜に二軸延伸を行い、それによって、二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜を形成するステップと、
を含む二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜の製造方法であって、
前記ポリエステル樹脂基層の総重量を100wt%とした場合、前記ポリエステル樹脂基層原料の含有量は50wt%~95wt%であり、前記高粘度ポリエステル樹脂原料の含有量は0.01wt%~5wt%であり、
前記ポリエステル樹脂基層原料の固有粘度は0.5dL/g~0.8dL/gであり、前記高粘度ポリエステル樹脂原料の固有粘度は0.9dL/g~1.1dL/gであり、
前記艶消し層の総重量を100wt%とした場合、前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス原料の含有量は50wt%~95wt%であり、前記フィラー粒子の含有量は0.3wt%~40wt%であり、
前記ポリエステル樹脂マトリックス原料の固有粘度は0.5dL/g~0.8dL/gであり、前記フィラー粒子の平均粒子径は0.15μm~10μmであることを特徴とする、二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜の製造方法。 - 前記フィラー粒子はさらに、
第1の平均粒子径を有する第1のフィラー粒子と、
前記第1のフィラー粒子とブレンドされ、第2の平均粒子径を有する第2のフィラー粒子と
に区別され、
前記第1の平均粒子径は0.15μm~2μmであり、前記第2の平均粒子径は2μm~10μmであり、前記第1の平均粒子径と前記第2の平均粒子径との差の絶対値は1μm以上である、請求項9に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜の製造方法。 - 前記第1のフィラー粒子と前記第2のフィラー粒子とが1:9~9:1の重量比で互いに混合され、それによって、前記第1のフィラー粒子と前記第2のフィラー粒子との混合物の、動的光散乱法による粒子径分布チャートは単峰型のピーク分布を呈する、請求項10に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂基層から離れた、前記艶消し層における一方の面は150nm~950nmの平均粗さ(Ra)を有し、
前記二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜は、全体において、80%以上の透明度、60%以下の
光沢度及び4%以上のヘイズ度を有する、請求項10に記載の二軸延伸ポリエステル薄膜の製造方法。
