Description
また、特許文献2(特開2012-82952号公報)は、パワーウィンドウ装置の駆動源としてのモーターに搭載された逆転防止用のクラッチを開示する。クラッチは、環状のカラーの内側に、回転軸と一体回転する駆動側回転体と、ウォーム軸と一体回転する従動側回転体と、転動体とを備えている。従動側回転体は、カラーの内周面と対向する制御面を有し、該制御面とカラーの内周面との間に転動体が配置されている。このようなクラッチを備えたモータでは、回転軸の回転駆動により駆動側回転体が回転されると、転動体、従動側回転体及びウォーム軸が一体的に回転し、該ウォーム軸の回転に基づいて車両のウィンドウガラスが開閉される。一方、回転軸(駆動側回転体)の非回転駆動状態では、転動体が従動側回転体の制御面とカラーの内周面とに挟持されてくさびとなり、従動側回転体の回転が阻止(ロック)されるようになっている。これにより、例えばモータ駆動力以外の外力によって車両のウィンドウガラスが開閉されることを抑制できる。
ところで、カラーの内周面にはグリースが塗布される。回転軸(駆動側回転体)の非回転駆動状態における従動側回転体の回転時においては、カラーと転動体との間にグリースが入り込むことによって、カラーと転動体との間に働く摩擦力を向上させ、従動側回転体の制御面とカラーの内周面とによる転動体の挟持が外れて転動体が従動側回転体と連れ回りしてしまうことを阻止している。
[1]基油と、増ちょう剤と、固体潤滑剤とを含有する潤滑グリース組成物であって、
前記基油は、40℃での動粘度が600~2000mm2/sである合成炭化水素油であり、
前記増ちょう剤は、バリウム複合石けんであり、
前記固体潤滑剤は、モース硬度が3~6、平均粒子径が10~40μmの無機微粒子である、潤滑グリース組成物。
[2]前記固体潤滑剤の配合量が、潤滑グリース組成物の重量全体に対して10~60重量%である、上記[1]に記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
[3]樹脂部材同士、又は、樹脂部材と金属部材との摺動部分に使用される、上記[1]または[2]に記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
[4]前記摺動部分は、クラッチの摺動部分である、上記[3]に記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
[5]上記[1]又は[2]に記載の潤滑グリース組成物を有するクラッチ。
[6]上記[1]又は[2]に記載の潤滑グリース組成物を有するクラッチを備えるパワーウィンドウモーター。
無機微粒子の平均粒子径は、20~40μmが好ましい。無機微粒子の平均粒子径がこれらの範囲内であることによって、潤滑グリース組成物はより高い静摩擦係数を有することができる。無機微粒子としては例えば、炭酸カルシウム、蛍石、酸化マグネシウムなどを挙げることができる。
以下の各成分が表1及び表2で示す配合量(重量%)になるよう、潤滑グリース組成物(試料油)を調製した。各成分の種類を以下に記載する。
基油A(合成炭化水素油)40℃動粘度600mm2/s:製品名「DURASYN 166」(イネオスオリゴマーズジャパン社製、40℃動粘度30mm2/s)と製品名「ルーカントHC-2000」(三井化学社製、40℃動粘度37500mm2/s)の混合基油(DURASYN 166:ルーカントHC-2000=60重量%:40重量%)
基油B(合成炭化水素油)40℃動粘度1000mm2/s:製品名「DURASYN 166」(イネオスオリゴマーズジャパン社製、40℃動粘度30mm2/s)と製品名「ルーカントHC-2000」(三井化学社製、40℃動粘度37500mm2/s)の混合基油(DURASYN 166:ルーカントHC-2000=55重量%:45重量%)
基油C(合成炭化水素油)40℃動粘度2000mm2/s:製品名「DURASYN 166」(イネオスオリゴマーズジャパン社製、40℃動粘度30mm2/s)と製品名「ルーカントHC-2000」(三井化学社製、40℃動粘度37500mm2/s)の混合基油(DURASYN 166:ルーカントHC-2000=45重量%:55重量%)

中性カルシウムスルホネート:製品名「NA-SUL CA-1089」(KING社製)
まず、混合撹拌釜内で、基油、セバシン酸およびカルボン酸モノステアリルアミドを配合し、約80~200℃で加熱撹拌した。この後、水酸化バリウムを加えてけん化反応を行い、バリウム複合石けんを調製した。なお、増ちょう剤の各成分量は、増ちょう剤の全量に対してセバシン酸27.5質量%、カルボン酸モノステアリルアミド41.5質量%、および水酸化バリウム31質量%となる配合比で配合を行った。この後、バリウム複合石けんを冷却した後、生成したゲル状物質に各種の添加剤を加え撹拌した後、ロールミル又は高圧ホモジナイザーに通して潤滑グリース組成物を調製した。
まず、混合攪拌釜で、基油、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸、および水酸化リチウムを配合し、約80~130℃で加熱しながら攪拌して、けん化反応を行い、リチウム石けんを調製した。なお、増ちょう剤の各成分量は、増ちょう剤の全量に対して12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸が88質量%、水酸化リチウムが12質量%となる配合比で配合を行った。この後、リチウム石けんを冷却した後、生成したゲル状物質に各種の添加剤を加え撹拌した後、ロールミル又は高圧ホモジナイザーに通して潤滑グリース組成物を調製した。
(2-1)静摩擦係数
往復動試験機を用い、下部試験片上に試料油を塗布し、上から上部試験片を押しつけ往復動させた。往復動させた時の上部試験片と下部試験片との間に発生する摩擦力から静摩擦係数を測定した。試験条件を以下に示す。
上部試験片:直径10mmのポリイミド(PI)ボール
下部試験片:クロムモリブデン鋼(SCM)プレート
試験荷重:10kgf
試料油の塗布量:0.05g
摺動速度:10mm/sec
試験温度:常温
摺動距離:10mm
評価基準:摺動1回目の静摩擦係数が0.15より大きい場合を「○」、0.15以下である場合を「×」とした。
潤滑グリース組成物において、(a)静摩擦係数が経時的に変化しない場合、および(b)摺動部分が異音を発しない場合、耐久性に優れたものと判断した。より具体的には、上記「(2-1)静摩擦係数」と同じ条件で試験を行い、摺動100回目の静摩擦係数が0.15より大きい場合に上記(a)の静摩擦係数が経時的に変化しないものと判断し、摺動100回目の動摩擦係数が0.15より小さい場合に上記(b)の摺動部分が異音を発していないもの、と判断した。そして、摺動100回目において、静摩擦係数が0.15より大きく、動摩擦係数が0.15より小さい場合に「○」と判断した。また、摺動100回目において、静摩擦係数が0.15以下の場合、動摩擦係数が0.15以上の場合、又は静摩擦係数が0.15以下かつ動摩擦係数が0.15以上の場合に「×」と判断した。
評価結果を、下記の表3および表4に示す。

- 基油と、増ちょう剤と、固体潤滑剤とを含有する潤滑グリース組成物であって、
前記基油は、40℃での動粘度が600~2000mm2/sである合成炭化水素油であり、
前記増ちょう剤は、バリウム複合石けんであり、
前記固体潤滑剤は、モース硬度が3~6、平均粒子径が10~40μmの無機微粒子であり、
前記固体潤滑剤の配合量が、潤滑グリース組成物の重量全体に対して30~60重量%である、潤滑グリース組成物。 - 樹脂部材同士、又は、樹脂部材と金属部材との摺動部分に使用される、請求項1に記載の潤滑グリース組成物。
