Abstract

本发明的目的是提供润滑脂组合物、离合器和电动窗电机,所述润滑脂组合物具有高的静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性。本发明的润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂,其中,基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,增稠剂为钡复合皂,固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒。

润滑脂组合物、离合器和电动窗电机
技术领域
本发明涉及具有高的静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性的润滑脂组合物、具有该润滑脂组合物的离合器(clutch)和包括该离合器的电动窗电机(power window motor)。
背景技术
目前为止,作为在齿轮和滑动部中所使用的润滑剂,使用润滑脂。近年来,在汽车部件、家电制品、电子信息设备、OA设备等中,以轻质化、低成本化为目的,在齿轮和滑动部中使用树脂构件逐渐增多。另外,近年来,在汽车、OA设备的减速装置内的减速齿轮部、离合器部等中,为了防止静止时的滑动,要求用于树脂构件之间、或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分的润滑脂具有高的静摩擦系数。另外,对于这样的润滑脂,也要求高耐久性(静摩擦系数不随时间发生变化;滑动部分不发出异常的声音)。
例如,专利文献1(日本专利第5450935号公报)公开了用于树脂构件之间或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分的具有高静摩擦系数的润滑脂组合物。
另外,专利文献2(日本特开2012-82952号公报)公开了搭载于电动窗装置的驱动源即电机的防反转离合器。离合器在环状轴环(collar)的内侧包括与旋转轴一体旋转的驱动侧旋转体、与蜗杆轴一体旋转的从动侧旋转体和滚动体。从动侧旋转体具有与轴环的内周面相对的控制面,在该控制面与轴环的内周面之间配置滚动体。在包括这样的离合器的电机中,如果通过旋转轴的旋转驱动而使驱动侧旋转体旋转,则滚动体、从动侧旋转体和蜗杆轴一体地旋转,基于该蜗杆轴的旋转,车辆的窗玻璃开闭。另一方面,在旋转轴(驱动侧旋转体)的非旋转驱动状态下,将滚动体夹持于从动侧旋转体的控制面与轴环的内周面,成为楔子,从而能够阻止(锁住)从动侧旋转体的旋转。由此,能够抑制例如由于电机驱动力以外的外力使车辆的窗玻璃开闭。
将润滑脂涂布于轴环的内周面。当从动侧旋转体在旋转轴(驱动侧旋转体)的非旋转驱动状态下旋转时,通过使润滑脂存在于轴环与滚动体之间,从而使在轴环与滚动体之间发挥作用的摩擦力提高,阻止从动侧旋转体的控制面与轴环的内周面对滚动体的夹持发生错位,导致滚动体随着从动侧旋转体旋转。

近年来,对润滑脂组合物所要求的特性变得严格,迫切希望一种与以往相比具有更高的静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性的润滑脂组合物。
发明内容
发明要解决的课题
因此,本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供具有较高静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性的润滑脂组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的主要构成如下所述。
[1]一种润滑脂组合物,是含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂的润滑脂组合物,其中,所述基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,所述增稠剂为钡复合皂,所述固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒。
[2]上述[1]所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,所述固体润滑剂的配合量为10~60重量%。
[3]上述[1]或[2]所述的润滑脂组合物,其用于树脂构件之间、或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分。
[4]上述[3]所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,所述滑动部分为离合器的滑动部分。
[5]一种离合器,其具有上述[1]或[2]所述的润滑脂组合物。
[6]一种电动窗电机,其包括离合器,所述离合器具有上述[1]或[2]所述的润滑脂组合物。
发明的效果
本发明的润滑脂组合物具有高静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性。本发明的润滑脂组合物特别适合用于树脂构件之间、或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂。
本发明中使用的基础油只要为合成烃油,则无特别限定,例如可列举出聚α-烯烃、乙烯-α-烯烃共低聚物(cooligomer)、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、烷基苯、烷基萘等。其中,优选聚α-烯烃。基础油可以分别单独使用,也可以混合使用。
基础油在40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s。如果基础油在40℃下的运动粘度小于600mm2/s,则润滑脂组合物的耐久性降低。另一方面,如果基础油在40℃下的运动粘度超过2000mm2/s,则静摩擦系数降低。应予说明,基础油在40℃下的运动粘度能够按照JIS K2283测定。基础油在40℃下的运动粘度优选为800~1500mm2/s。通过基础油在40℃下的运动粘度在上述范围内,从而能够制成具有高静摩擦系数且耐久性更优异的润滑脂组合物。
本发明中使用的增稠剂为钡复合皂。作为增稠剂,可以使用1种钡复合皂,也可以使用2种以上钡复合皂。通过使用钡复合皂作为增稠剂,从而能够制成高静摩擦系数的润滑脂组合物。作为钡复合皂,例如可列举出脂肪族二羧酸与羧酸酰胺的盐。作为脂肪族二羧酸,例如可以列举出癸二酸、壬二酸等。就增稠剂的配合量而言,相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,优选为10~30重量%。通过使增稠剂的配合量在上述范围内,从而能够制成高静摩擦系数的润滑脂组合物。
本发明中使用的固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒。莫氏硬度是表示矿物硬度的标准,该标准为1至10,最硬的10为金刚石。测定方法是利用作为基准的矿物摩擦对象试样,判定是否划伤来确定硬度。另外,无机微粒的平均粒径采用激光衍射式粒度分布测定装置测定。如果无机微粒的莫氏硬度小于3,则润滑脂组合物的静摩擦系数变小,如果超过6,则润滑脂组合物的耐久性变差。由此,作为莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的微粒,可以使用无机微粒。如果无机微粒的平均粒径小于10μm,则润滑脂组合物的静摩擦系数变小,如果超过40μm,则润滑脂组合物的耐久性变差。
无机微粒的平均粒径优选20~40μm。通过使无机微粒的平均粒径在上述范围内,从而润滑脂组合物能够具有更高的静摩擦系数。作为无机微粒,例如可以列举出碳酸钙、萤石、氧化镁等。
固体润滑剂的配合量相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,优选为10~60重量%,更优选为30~50重量%。如果相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,固体润滑剂的配合量为10重量%以上,则润滑脂组合物的静摩擦系数变大,在树脂构件之间或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分使用的情况下,能够有效地防止静止时的滑动。另外,如果相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,固体润滑剂的配合量为60重量%以下,则润滑脂组合物不会变硬,能够防止低温扭矩特性的降低。
本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物的混合稠度优选为240~320。如果混合稠度为240以上,则低温扭矩特性优异,在低温环境下变得容易顺利地滑动。另外,如果混合稠度为320以下,则高温离油特性提高。应予说明,混合稠度能够按照JIS K 2220 7中规定的测定方法测定。
本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物可以在不对其效果产生影响的范围含有添加剂。例如,能够适当地选择含有公知的抗氧化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐蚀剂、粘度指数改进剂等。
作为抗氧化剂,例如可列举出2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、4,4′-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)等酚系抗氧化剂、烷基二苯基胺、三苯基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、吩噻嗪、烷基化苯基-α-萘基胺、烷基化吩噻嗪等胺系抗氧化剂、以及磷酸系抗氧化剂、硫系抗氧化剂等。
作为极压剂,例如可列举出磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯胺盐等磷系化合物、硫醚类、二硫醚类等硫化合物、二烷基二硫代磷酸金属盐、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸金属盐等硫系金属盐、氯化石蜡、氯化二苯醚等氯化合物等。
作为防锈剂,例如可列举出脂肪酸、脂肪酸胺、金属磺酸盐、烷基磺酸金属盐、烷基磺酸胺盐、氧化石蜡、聚氧乙烯烷基醚等。
作为防腐蚀剂,例如可列举出苯并三唑、苯并咪唑、噻二唑、癸二酸钠等。
作为粘度指数改进剂,可列举出聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、聚烷基苯乙烯、苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物氢化物等。
本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂,基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,增稠剂为钡复合皂,固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒。由此,本发明的润滑脂组合物具有高的静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性。本发明的润滑脂组合物特别适合应用于树脂构件之间、或者、树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分。作为该滑动部分,优选离合器的滑动部分。对搭载离合器的设备并无特别限定,可以列举出电动窗电机。作为在电动窗电机内搭载的离合器,例如可以列举出防反转离合器,该防反转离合器连结产生电动窗电机的旋转驱动力的旋转轴、与将从该旋转轴传送的旋转驱动力减速的减速机构的蜗杆轴,并且防止外力引起的电机的反转。
实施例
以下基于实施例和比较例,对本发明的优选实施方式具体地说明,但本发明并不限定于这些实施例。
(1)润滑脂组合物的制备方法
制备润滑脂组合物(试样油),并使以下各成分成为表1和表2中所示的配合量(重量%)。以下记载各成分的种类。
<基础油>
基础油A(合成烃油)40℃运动粘度600mm2/s:制品名“DURASYN(注册商标)166”(英力士低聚物(INEOS Oligomers)日本公司制造、40℃运动粘度30mm2/s)与制品名“LUCANT(注册商标)HC-2000”(三井化学株式会社制造、40℃运动粘度37500mm2/s)的混合基础油(DURASYN(注册商标)166:LUCANT(注册商标)HC-2000=60重量%:40重量%)
基础油B(合成烃油)40℃运动粘度1000mm2/s:制品名“DURASYN(注册商标)166”(英力士低聚物日本公司制造、40℃运动粘度30mm2/s)与制品名“LUCANT(注册商标)HC-2000」(三井化学株式会社制造、40℃运动粘度37500mm2/s)的混合基础油(DURASYN(注册商标)166:LUCANT(注册商标)HC-2000=55重量%:45重量%)

如下所述制备包含增稠剂A的润滑脂组合物。
首先,在混合搅拌釜内配合基础油、癸二酸和羧酸单硬脂酰胺,在约80~200℃下加热搅拌。然后,加入氢氧化钡,进行皂化反应,制备钡复合皂。需要说明的是,增稠剂的各成分量相对于增稠剂的总量分别为癸二酸27.5质量%、羧酸单硬脂酰胺41.5质量%和氢氧化钡31质量%,以此配合比进行混合。然后,将钡复合皂冷却后,在生成的凝胶状物质中加入各种添加剂,搅拌后,通过辊磨机或高压均化器,制备润滑脂组合物。
如下所述制备包含增稠剂B的润滑脂组合物。
首先,在混合搅拌釜中配合基础油、12-羟基硬脂酸和氢氧化锂,在约80~130℃下边加热边搅拌,进行皂化反应,制备锂皂。需要说明的是,增稠剂的各成分量相对于增稠剂的总量分别为12-羟基硬脂酸88质量%、氢氧化锂12质量%,以此配合比进行混合。然后,将锂皂冷却后,在生成的凝胶状物质中加入各种添加剂,搅拌后,通过辊磨机或高压均化器,制备润滑脂组合物。

(2)评价方法
(2-1)静摩擦系数
使用往复运动试验机,在下部试验片上涂布试样油,从上面按压上部试验片,使其往复运动。根据使其往复运动时在上部试验片与下部试验片之间产生的摩擦力测定静摩擦系数。以下示出试验条件。
上部试验片:直径10mm的聚酰亚胺(PI)球
下部试验片:铬钼钢(SCM)板
试验负荷:10kgf
试样油的涂布量:0.05g
滑动速度:10mm/秒
试验温度:常温
滑动距离:10mm
评价标准:将第1次滑动的静摩擦系数大于0.15的情形记为“○”,将第1次滑动的静摩擦系数为0.15以下的情形记为“×”。
(2-2)耐久性
在润滑脂组合物中,(a)静摩擦系数不随时间变化的情形和(b)滑动部分不产生异常噪音的情形下,判断为耐久性优异。更具体而言,采用与上述“(2-1)静摩擦系数”相同的条件进行试验,在第100次滑动的静摩擦系数大于0.15的情形下,判断为上述(a)的静摩擦系数不随时间变化,在第100次滑动的动摩擦系数比0.15小的情况下,判断为上述(b)的滑动部分没有发出异常噪音。而且,在第100次滑动中,当静摩擦系数大于0.15且动摩擦系数小于0.15时,判断为“○”。另外,在第100次滑动中,将静摩擦系数为0.15以下的情形、动摩擦系数为0.15以上的情形或静摩擦系数为0.15以下且动摩擦系数为0.15以上的情形判断为“×”。
将评价结果示于下述的表3和表4。

由表1可知,在实施例1~6中,由于基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,增稠剂为钡复合皂,固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6以及平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒,因此具有高静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性。
另一方面,在比较例1中,由于基础油在40℃下的运动粘度小于600mm2/s,因此,成为耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例2中,由于基础油在40℃下的运动粘度超过2000mm2/s,因此成为静摩擦系数低、耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例3中,由于固体润滑剂的莫氏硬度超过6,因此成为耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例4中,由于固体润滑剂的莫氏硬度小于3,因此成为静摩擦系数低、耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例5中,由于增稠剂为锂皂,因此静摩擦系数降低。在比较例6中,由于固体润滑剂的平均粒径小于10μm,因此成为静摩擦系数低、耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例7中,由于固体润滑剂的平均粒径超过40μm,因此成为耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例8中,由于固体润滑剂为有机物质,因此成为静摩擦系数低、耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。在比较例9中,由于基础油在40℃下的运动粘度小于600mm2/s、增稠剂为锂皂、固体润滑剂为有机物质,因此成为静摩擦系数低、耐久性差的润滑脂组合物。
由以上可知,本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物是含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂的润滑脂组合物,其中,基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,增稠剂为钡复合皂,固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒,由此具有高静摩擦系数和优异的耐久性。
产业上的可利用性
本发明涉及的润滑脂组合物特别适于在树脂构件之间、或者、树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分中使用,因此能够应用于各种产业领域中的设备、部件等。优选树脂构件之间、或者、树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分可以为离合器的滑动部分。对搭载有离合器的设备并无特别限定,能够列举出电动窗电机。作为在电动窗电机内搭载的离合器,例如可以列举出将产生电动窗电机的旋转驱动力的旋转轴与将从该旋转轴传送的旋转驱动力减速的减速机构的蜗杆轴连结、且防止外力引起的电机的反转的防反转离合器。
另外,润滑脂组合物例如可广泛地应用于复印机、打印机等办公设备用部件、减速器/加速器、齿轮、链条、马达等动力传动装置、行驶部件、ABS等制动部件、操纵部件、变速器等驱动部件、电动窗电机、电动座椅电机、天窗电机等汽车补强部件、电子信息设备、移动电话等的铰链部件、食品/药品工业、钢铁、建设、玻璃工业、水泥工业、膜拉幅机等化学/橡胶/树脂工业、环境/动力设备、造纸/印刷工业、木材工业、纤维/服装工业中的各种部件、相对运动的机械部件等。另外,也可应用于滚动轴承、推力轴承、动压轴承、树脂轴承、直动式装置等的轴承等。

Claims (5)

1.一种润滑脂组合物,是含有基础油、增稠剂和固体润滑剂的润滑脂组合物,其中,所述基础油是40℃下的运动粘度为600~2000mm2/s的合成烃油,所述增稠剂为钡复合皂,所述固体润滑剂是莫氏硬度为3~6、平均粒径为10~40μm的无机微粒,
相对于润滑脂组合物的全部重量,所述固体润滑剂的配合量为30~50重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其用于树脂构件之间、或者树脂构件与金属构件的滑动部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,所述滑动部分为离合器的滑动部分。
4.一种离合器,其具有根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂组合物。
5.一种电动窗电机,其包括离合器,所述离合器具有根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂组合物。
