Description
Claims (8)
- 真空ポンプであって、
ステータの内側に取り付けられたロータと、
前記ロータのシャフト上に配置されて前記ステータに対する前記ロータの回転を可能にする少なくとも1つのころ軸受構成と、
前記ころ軸受に潤滑剤化合物を供給するように構成された潤滑剤供給装置と、を備え、
前記潤滑剤化合物は、PFPE潤滑剤を含む液体成分と、前記液体成分内に懸濁状態で保持されたグラフェンを含む固体成分とを含み、
前記グラフェンを含む固体成分は、前記液体成分内での分散を向上させるために官能化され、
前記グラフェンは、フッ素化された長鎖炭化水素で官能化され、
前記長鎖炭化水素は、フッ素化された有機チオールを含む、
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記固体成分は、黒鉛および硫化モリブデンの少なくとも1つを更に含む、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ころ軸受構成は、金属製のインナーレースと金属製のアウターレースとの間に配置された金属玉軸受を含む、
請求項1または2に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記液体成分は、準大気圧で使用できるように低蒸気圧を有するPFPE化合物を含む、
請求項1または2に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記PFPE潤滑剤は、FOMBLIN(登録商標)、KRYTOX(登録商標)又はKLUEBER(登録商標)のうちのいずれかである、
請求項3に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記固体成分は、前記液体成分の総重量の0.001%~10%を構成する、
請求項1または2に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記固体成分は、前記液体成分の総重量の0.01%~1%を構成する、
請求項6に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 固体成分と液体成分とを含む真空ポンプ用潤滑剤であって、前記固体成分は、前記液体成分内に懸濁状態で保持され、前記液体成分は、PFPE潤滑剤であり、前記固体成分は、グラフェンであり、
前記グラフェンの固体潤滑剤成分は、前記液体成分内での分散を向上させるために官能化され、
前記グラフェンは、フッ素化された長鎖炭化水素で官能化される、
前記長鎖炭化水素は、フッ素化された有機チオールを含む、
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ用潤滑剤。
