Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 真空ポンプであって、
ステータの内側に取り付けられたロータと、
前記ロータのシャフト上に配置されて前記ステータに対する前記ロータの回転を可能にする少なくとも1つのころ軸受構成と、
前記ころ軸受に潤滑剤化合物を供給するように構成された潤滑剤供給装置と、
を備え、前記潤滑剤化合物は、PFPE潤滑剤を含む液体成分と、前記液体成分内に懸濁状態で保持された黒鉛、グラフェン又は硫化モリブデンのうちの1つ又は2つ以上を含む固体成分とを含む、
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記ころ軸受構成は、金属製のインナーレースと金属製のアウターレースとの間に配置された金属玉軸受を含む、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記液体成分は、準大気圧で使用できるように低蒸気圧を有するPFPE化合物を含む、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記PFPE化合物は、FOMBLIN(登録商標)、KRYTOX(登録商標)又はKLUEBER(登録商標)のうちのいずれかである、
請求項3に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記固体成分は、前記潤滑剤の総重量の0.001%〜10%を構成する、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記固体成分は、前記潤滑剤の総重量の0.01%〜1%を構成する、
請求項5に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記グラフェン固体潤滑剤成分は、前記液体成分内での分散を向上させるために官能化される、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記グラフェンは、フッ素化された長鎖炭化水素で官能化される、
請求項7に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記長鎖炭化水素は、フッ素化された有機チオールを含む、
請求項8に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 固体成分と液体成分とを含む真空ポンプ用潤滑剤であって、前記固体成分は、前記液体成分内に懸濁状態で保持され、前記液体成分は、PFPE潤滑剤であり、前記固体成分は、黒鉛、グラフェン又は硫化モリブデンのうちのいずれか1つである、
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ用潤滑剤。 - 前記グラフェン固体潤滑剤成分は、前記液体成分内での分散を向上させるために官能化される、
請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ用潤滑剤。 - 前記グラフェンは、フッ素化された長鎖炭化水素で官能化される、
請求項11に記載の真空ポンプ用潤滑剤。 - 前記長鎖炭化水素は、フッ素化された有機チオールを含む、
請求項12に記載の真空ポンプ用潤滑剤。
