Claims (4)
- ガラス梱包体であって、
複数枚のガラス板を含む積層体と、前記積層体が保持固定される保持台と、を備える梱包ユニットと、
前記梱包ユニットが着脱可能に積載される防振パレットと、
を含み、
前記保持台には、前記複数枚のガラス板が傾斜姿勢で保持固定され、
前記防振パレットが、複数の防振器と、前記複数の防振器を挟んで上下で対となると共に前記複数の防振器を固定可能な上側フレームと下側フレームと、を備え、
前記複数の防振器の少なくとも一つが、前記防振パレットを平面視する方向から視た際の所在位置の調節が可能な位置可変防振器であり、
前記上側フレームの外周輪郭が平面視で矩形状をなし、
前記矩形状の四隅の各々に前記防振器が配置され、
前記矩形状の中央領域内に、前記複数枚のガラス板の積層方向に沿って位置の調節が可能である前記位置可変防振器が配置されることを特徴とするガラス梱包体。 - 前記位置可変防振器が、位置の調節に際して前記両フレームに対する固定の解除が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス梱包体。
- 前記保持台の底部には、凹凸部が形成され、
前記上側フレームは、前記保持台の凹凸部と嵌り合う凹凸部を有し、
前記保持台の凹凸部を前記上側フレームの凹凸部に嵌め合わすことによって前記梱包ユニットが前記防振パレットに装着されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス梱包体。 - 前記中央領域内に配置された前記位置可変防振器が、取付け、及び、取外しが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のガラス梱包体。
