Claims (9)
- 内部に作業空間が設けられたケース;
前記ケースの内部に設置され、前後方向及び左右方向にスライディング移動する出力板が備えられるステージユニット;
前記ケースの内部に設置され、固体状態のバイオ材料を前記出力板に吐出する第1ノズル;
前記ケースの内部に設置され、流体状態のバイオ材料を前記出力板に吐出する第2ノズル;
前記ケースに連結されて前記出力板および前記第2ノズルのうち少なくとも一つの温度を調節する温度調節部;および
前記第1ノズルおよび前記第2ノズルの吐出を制御する制御部;を含み、
前記第1ノズルと前記第2ノズルを使用して固体状態のバイオ材料と流体状態のバイオ材料を積層させて一つの構造物として出力し、
前記温度調節部は、
冷却水を保管する水槽;
一面の温度が上昇するほど他面は温度が低くなるペルチェ部材;および
前記出力板と前記第2ノズルの温度を上げるヒーティング部材;を含む、バイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記制御部は前記温度調節部を制御する、請求項1に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。
- 前記制御部は、
前記温度調節部を通じて前記出力板および前記第2ノズルの温度を独立的に制御可能に提供される、請求項2に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1ノズルおよび前記第2ノズルを独立的に制御可能に提供される、請求項2に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記制御部は、
流体状態の前記バイオ材料を段階的に吐出するように前記第2ノズルを制御し、
前記段階的吐出は第2ノズルと連結されたステッピングモーターによって行われる、請求項3または請求項4に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記第2ノズルの外部を取り囲み、前記第2ノズルを断熱させる断熱カバーをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。
- 前記温度調節部は、
前記冷却水を前記ペルチェ部材と接触させる移送部材;および
前記冷却水を移送させるポンプ;をさらに含み、
前記ペルチェ部材は、
前記出力板と前記第2ノズルにそれぞれ付着されて前記出力板と前記第2ノズルの温度を下げる、請求項1に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記ケースは、
前記作業空間を開放または密閉させるドアを提供する、請求項1に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。 - 前記ケースの内部には、
前記作業空間を浄化する浄化部材が備えられる、請求項1に記載のバイオ3次元プリンター。
