Description
Claims (5)
- ロッドの外周に配置され、前記ロッドに対して軸方向へ移動可能な筒状のロックケースと、
前記ロックケース内に摺動自在に収容されるロックピースと、
前記ロックピースを貫通して前記ロックケースの内外を連通する通路と、
前記ロッドとともに前記ロックケースに対して移動して、前記ロックピースに当接すると前記通路を塞ぐとともに前記ロックピースを前記ロックケース内へ押し込むストッパと、
一端が前記ロックケースの先端で支えられて前記ロッドの外周に配置されるコイルばねとを備え、
前記ストッパは、前記ロッドの外周に装着されて前記コイルばねの内側を移動可能とされており、
前記ロックケースの内径は、前記コイルばねの内径よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記通路は、前記ロックピースと前記ロッドとの間に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ロックピースには、前記ストッパの侵入を許容する凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ロックケース内に収容されるリターンばねを備え、
前記リターンばねは、前記ロックケース内の所定位置に前記ロックピースを位置決めするとともに、前記ロックピースが前記ロックケース内の前記所定位置から奥側へ移動すると、前記ロックピースを前記所定位置へ戻す方向へ附勢する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ロックピースは、環状に形成されており、前記ロッドの外周に摺動自在に装着されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
