Claims (5)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
前記シリンダの内周に取り付けられて前記ロッドを摺動自在に支持するロッドガイドとを備え、
前記ロッドガイドから突出する前記シリンダの先端部分がクッションケースとなっている
ことを特徴とするフロントフォーク。 - 前記シリンダに形成された加締め部が前記ロッドガイドに嵌合している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロントフォーク。 - 前記ロッドの外周には、前記クッションケース内にロック室を形成する環状のロックピースが設けられており、
前記ロック室は、前記ロッドガイドで前記シリンダ内の反ロック室側と仕切られており、
前記ロックピースが前記クッションケース内を奥側へ進むと、前記クッションケースと前記ロックピースとの間を通って前記ロック室から前記クッションケース外へ向かう液体の流れに抵抗が付与される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフロントフォーク。 - 前記クッションケースには、前記ロック室から前記クッションケース外へ向かう液体の流れに抵抗を与えるオリフィスが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフロントフォーク。 - 前記ロッドの外周には、クッションラバーが設けられており、
最収縮時には、前記クッションラバーが圧縮されて弾性変形し、前記クッションラバーの外周が前記クッションケースの内周に当接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフロントフォーク。
