Claims (9)
- PCB基板の一面に垂直に直接取り付けられるコネクタハウジングと、
前記コネクタハウジングの内部に設けられ、一側は前記PCB基板の一面と直交する方向に対応する第1方向に延びて信号伝送用ケーブルに連結され、他側は前記PCB基板の一面に備えられる接触パッドの長さ方向に対応する第2方向に延びて前記接触パッドに接触可能に設けられる複数の折曲型ターミナル部材と、を含む、垂直式PCBコネクタであって、
前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材は、
所定の厚さを有するブロック形態であって前記第1方向に延びる垂直部、及び前記垂直部と交差して前記第2方向に延びる水平部を備えるターミナルボディ部と、
前記水平部よりも薄くて前記水平部の終端から前記第2方向に延びるカンチレバー型で設けられ、前記PCB基板の接触パッド方向に曲げられた接点部を有するターミナルコンタクト部と、を含む、垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングは、
前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材を収容して前記PCB基板の一面に接触配置されるコネクタ本体と、
前記コネクタ本体の対向する両側の外面に備えられ、前記PCB基板に備えられる第1孔に垂直に挿入され、前記PCB基板の他面に垂直方向で係合される掛け金部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記掛け金部は、それぞれ、
対応する前記コネクタ本体の外面に直交するように突出する支持部と、
前記支持部に直交して連結されて前記コネクタ本体の外面に並んで延び、前記第1孔を通過して前記PCB基板の他面に係合可能なラッチを一端に備えたレバー部と、を含み、
前記レバー部は、前記支持部を支点にしてシーソー動作可能に設けられる、請求項2に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングは、
前記PCB基板の一面に当接する前記コネクタ本体の下端部から垂直に延び、前記PCB基板に備えられる第2孔に締り嵌めされるロックピン部をさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記ロックピン部は、両側の前記掛け金部から同距離に位置する、請求項4に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。
- 前記コネクタ本体は、
前記第1方向と交差する方向で前記コネクタ本体の内部空間を分割する内部板と、
前記内部板の一側端部と隣接した位置に備えられ、互いに所定間隔を置いて前記第1方向で前記コネクタ本体の内部にトンネルを形成する複数の貫通孔とをさらに含み、
前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材の前記垂直部はそれぞれ前記複数の貫通孔に挿入配置され、前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材の前記水平部は前記内部板に接触配置される、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記内部板は、
前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材の水平部同士の間に配置される複数の隔壁部を含む、請求項6に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材は、
前記垂直部に対して前記第1方向の反対方向へと鋭角を成して突出し、前記水平部が前記内部板に当接する面の裏面に配置される離脱防止ピンをさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタ本体の下端部に取り付けられて前記複数の折曲型ターミナル部材の前記ターミナルボディ部を支持するリテーナをさらに含む、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の垂直式PCBコネクタ。
