Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールが直列に接続された状態である直列状態と、前記複数の電池モジュールが並列に接続された状態である並列状態とを切替え可能な複数のスイッチと、
前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記複数の電池モジュールのうち所定の電池モジュールの劣化度合いを示す劣化パラメータがしきい値に達すると、前記複数の電池モジュールが前記直列状態又は前記並列状態になるように前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態を固定し、
前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態が固定されると、前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉動作が禁止され、
前記しきい値は、固着が発生し得る前記複数のスイッチの劣化度合いに基づいて予め設定される、電池システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記劣化パラメータが前記しきい値に達すると、前記複数の電池モジュールが前記並列状態になるように前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態を固定する、請求項1に記載の電池システム。
- 前記電池システムは、車両に搭載され、
前記車両は、車両外部の外部電源の電力で前記複数の電池モジュールを充電可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態が固定されていない状況において、前記外部電源による充電を開始するための操作が行なわれた場合には、前記複数の電池モジュールが前記直列状態になるように前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態を維持又は変更するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記外部電源による充電中又は充電完了後において、前記劣化パラメータが前記しきい値に達していると、前記複数の電池モジュールが前記直列状態になるように前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態を固定し、
前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態が固定されると、前記制御装置は、前記車両の走行中において、前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態が固定される前には前記複数の電池モジュールを前記並列状態にしていた期間においても、前記複数の電池モジュールを前記直列状態にする、請求項1に記載の電池システム。 - 前記劣化パラメータは、前記所定の電池モジュールの前記充電完了時の端子間電圧である、請求項3に記載の電池システム。
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールが直列に接続された状態である直列状態と、前記複数の電池モジュールが並列に接続された状態である並列状態とを切替え可能な複数のスイッチと、
前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記複数の電池モジュールのうち所定の電池モジュールの劣化度合いを示す劣化パラメータがしきい値に達すると、前記複数の電池モジュールが前記直列状態又は前記並列状態になるように前記複数のスイッチの各々の開閉状態を固定し、
前記制御装置は、解除条件が成立した場合に前記開閉状態の固定を一時的に解除するように構成され、
前記解除条件は、ユーザからの解除指示を前記制御装置が受信すると成立し、
前記解除条件が成立して前記開閉状態の固定が解除された後、前記複数の電池モジュールの充電が行なわれ、その充電の完了をトリガにして前記開閉状態の再固定が行なわれる、電池システム。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、第1電池モジュールと第2電池モジュールとを含み、
前記複数のスイッチは、
前記第1電池モジュールの正極と前記第2電池モジュールの正極とをつなぐ第1電線に設けられた第1リレーと、
前記第1電池モジュールの前記正極と前記第2電池モジュールの負極とをつなぐ第2電線に設けられた第2リレーと、
前記第1電池モジュールの負極と前記第2電池モジュールの前記負極とをつなぐ第3電線に設けられた第3リレーと、
を含み、
前記第1電線と前記第2電線とが接続される第1ノードは、前記第1リレーよりも前記第1電池モジュールの前記正極側に位置し、前記第2電線と前記第3電線とが接続される第2ノードは、前記第3リレーよりも前記第2電池モジュールの前記負極側に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池システム。
