Description
Claims (14)
- 液体の濾過のためのフィルタ装置であって、前記フィルタ装置は、それぞれ1個の濾材(43)が受容されている少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)からなり、前記少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)は、流体通過部(37、39)を備え、かつ上下に積み重ね可能で積層体を形成し、さらに前記少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)の内側に沿って移動可能に配置された逆洗装置(55、57)を有している、フィルタ装置において、
前記少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)の各々は、少なくともそれらのハウジングに関して同一部材として形成されており、
前記少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)のハウジングは各自由端面にリング体(29、31)を有し、
前記フィルタインサート(27)のハウジングの複数のリング体(29、31)は、長手方向に延びている内側フレーム部(33)及び外側フレーム部(35)を介して互いに接合されており、前記内側フレーム部(33)及び前記外側フレーム部(35)はそれ自体の間に窓状の流体通過部(37、39)を形成しており、前記内側フレーム部(33)と前記外側フレーム部(35)との間の室(41)にフィルタ媒体(43)が受容されていることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 - 前記リング体(29)には、前記フィルタインサート(27)の一方の自由端面に少なくとも1個の突出した環状リブ(49)が設けられ、この環状リブ(49)は後続のフィルタインサート(27)の他方の端面に設けられた前記リング体(31)内の付属の環状凹部(51)に突入係合して積層体を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- それぞれの環状リブは、間隙(47)を形成するリブ部分(49)内の少なくとも1個の中断によって分割されていること、及び積層体内で後続のフィルタインサート(27)には環状凹部(51)内で環状リブ(49)の間隙(47)に突入係合する少なくとも1個の突出部(53)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 積層体内に配置されたフィルタインサート(27)の互いに反対側の端面は、同一部材として形成されたそれぞれ1個のキャップ部材(75)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記キャップ部材(75)の少なくとも一部は流体透過性に保たれていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタインサート(27)のハウジングの複数のリング体(29、31)の一方は環状凹部(51)を有し、前記フィルタインサート(27)のハウジングの複数のリング体(29、31)の他方はリブ部分(49)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 各フィルタインサート(27)に対する逆洗装置は電動駆動可能な逆洗アーム(57)を有しており、逆洗アーム(57)はスリットノズル(61)の方式で形成されて、駆動軸(55)によって内側フレーム部(33)に形成された流体通過部(37)に沿って移動し、駆動軸(55)は中空に形成されて装置からの逆洗量を排出する働きをすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 個々のスリットノズル(61)は、少なくとも1つのスリットノズル(61)が窓状の流体通過部(37)上に位置し、同時に少なくとも1つの別の好ましくは隣接しているスリットノズル(61)が前記窓状の流体通過部(37)の隣のフレーム部(33)上にあるように、軸方向に互いに所定の回転角でずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 隣接した内側の長手方向フレーム部(33)は前記リング体(29、31)の半径方向に対して傾斜しており、この傾斜により、各フィルタインサート(27)の各通過部(37)の貫流の流動方向は、それぞれのスリットノズル(61)の開口部の流入方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のフィルタ装置。
- それぞれのスリットノズル(61)は、前記スリットノズルに割り当て可能なフィルタインサート(27)の内側を起点として中空駆動軸(55)に向かって拡張していることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 各フィルタインサート(27)に対する逆洗アーム(57)は同じ部材からなり、これらフィルタインサート(27)は、端面側で、これらフィルタインサート(27)のさねはぎ接続(69)によって接合されることを特徴とする、請求項7、8又は10に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 積層体内の別のフィルタインサート(83;93)として、少なくとも1個のばね負荷されたバイパス弁(84)を有するフィルタインサートが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 少なくとも積層体を形成するすべてのフィルタインサート(27)は、互いに隣接する端面で相互に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記少なくとも2個のフィルタインサート(27)からなる積層体は、全パッケージとして、未濾過液のための流体入口(11)と濾過液のための流体出口(19)と逆洗量のための出口(65)とを有するフィルタハウジング(1)内で交換可能に受容できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
