Description
前記周波数は、他の例において、約150kHz以上、約200kHz以上または約250kHz以上であってもよい。
平均粒径D50が約10〜20μmの範囲内である銅粉末、バインダー(ポリビニルアセテート)、分散剤(アルファ−テルピネオール)および反溶媒(イソプロパノール)を5:0.5:4.05:0.45(銅粉末:バインダー:分散剤:反溶媒)の重量比で配合して、スラリーを製造した。前記スラリーをフィルム形状にコートし、約100℃で約2時間の間乾燥して、金属フォーム前駆体を形成した。この際、コートされた金属フォーム前駆体の厚さは、約200μm程度であった。前記前駆体が水素/アルゴンガスの雰囲気で約900℃の温度で2時間の間維持されるように、電気炉で外部熱源を印加して、焼結を行って、銅フォームを製造した。製造されたシート形状の銅フォームの気孔度は、約76%程度の水準であった。図1は、実施例1で形成された金属フォームの写真である。

Claims (12)
- 金属成分、バインダー、分散剤および反溶媒を含むスラリーを基材上に塗布して金属フォーム前駆体を形成する段階と、
前記金属フォーム前駆体を焼結する段階と、を含み、
前記金属成分は、銅、モリブデン、銀、白金、金、アルミニウム、クロム、インジウム、スズ、マグネシウム、リン、亜鉛およびマンガンからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つの粉末、これらの2種以上の金属が混合された金属粉末、またはこれらの2種以上の金属の合金の粉末であり、
前記バインダーは、ポリアルキレンカーボネートまたはポリビニルアセテートであり、
前記反溶媒は、前記分散剤と混和性を有し、前記バインダーを溶解させないものであり、
前記分散剤および前記反溶媒の重量比(分散剤/反溶媒)が0.5〜20の範囲内である、金属フォームの製造方法。 - 前記スラリー内の金属成分の比率は、45重量%以上である、請求項1に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記スラリーは、金属成分100重量部に対して1〜500重量部の範囲内でバインダーを含む、請求項2に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記分散剤は、アルコールである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記スラリーは、バインダー100重量部に対して30〜2,000重量部の範囲内で分散剤を含む、請求項2に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記反溶媒は、1価アルコール、多価アルコール、アルカノールアミン、アルキルエーテル、アリールエーテル、エステル、ケトン、アルキルベンゼン、アリールベンゼンおよびハロベンゼンよりなる群から選ばれた一つ以上である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記スラリーは、バインダー100重量部に対して0.5〜2,000重量部の範囲内で反溶媒を含む、請求項2に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記スラリー内の分散剤および反溶媒の合計重量は、金属成分100重量部に対して10重量部〜1,000重量部の範囲内である、請求項2に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 製造される金属フォームの気孔サイズが0.1μm〜200μmの範囲内である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 製造される金属フォームの気孔度は、30%〜90%の範囲内である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 金属フォームは、フィルムまたはシート形状である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- フィルムまたはシートの厚さが500μm以下である、請求項11に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
