−スロッシングノイズを低減するように設計された少なくとも1つの第2部分(3)であって、前記第2部分(3)が前記強い区画(2)から延びる、少なくとも1つの第2部分(3)と、
を備え、
前記第1部分(2)及び前記第2部分(3)は、一部品に作られ、
前記強化構造体(1)は、前記プラスティック製車両用タンク(1)の上部ベース(12)及び下部ベース(13)に溶着されるように設計されている、強化構造体(1)。 - 前記弱い区画(4)は、前記強い区画(5)より薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記弱い区画(4)は、前記第2部分(3)がそこから延びる前記強い区画(5)の最も近接する点から最小距離だけ離間されている少なくとも1つの破壊点(41)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記最小距離は、少なくとも10mmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記強化構造体(1)は回転の軸(A)を有し、前記第2部分(3)は前記強い区画(5)から半径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記第2部分(3)は、少なくとも2500mm2の座面を提供することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記第2部分(3)は、前記強い区画(5)に備えられた凹部の内部に結合される少なくとも1つの結合手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- すべての前記強化構造体(1)が、ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、又は繊維強化ポリマを含む熱可塑性ポリマのような、熱可塑性材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記第1部分(2)が、少なくとも1つのアクティブ構成要素の支持を確実にするための支持手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクティブ構成要素が、前記第1部分(2)の前記強い区画(5)に溶着されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の強化構造体(1)。
- プラスティック製車両用タンク(10)及び請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の強
化構造体(1)から成るアセンブリであって、
前記強化構造体(1)が前記プラスティック製車両用タンク(10)の上部ベース(12)及び下部ベース(13)に溶着されていることを特徴とする、アセンブリ。 - 前記プラスティック製車両用タンク(10)は、車両用液体タンクであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記プラスティック製車両用タンク(10)は、燃料タンク又はNOxの選択的触媒還元のための添加剤タンクであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
