Claims (13)
- 押出ブロー成形によって製造されるプラスチック製のタンク本体の内部に運転時の排気、給油、給油時の排気、又は燃料送出の機能を実行するための機能部品が配置され、該機能部品は予め支持体に取り付けられたうえで該機能部品を装着した前記支持体がタンク本体内に収容されている燃料タンクにおいて、前記支持体(1)が、自動車燃料タンク(2)の機能部品、即ち弁、ポンプ、検出器、又は導管を担持するための機能部品用支持体であって、タンク本体の内壁に溶着可能なプラスチック材料からブロー成形され且つ複数の支持脚と機能部品組込用の開口及び燃料貫流用の開口とを有する押出ブロー成形中空体からなり、機能部品を装着した該中空体の周囲を囲む外穀として押出ブロー成形された前記タンク本体が燃料注入パイプ用の開口以外には唯一の点検調整用の開口を有するだけであり、前記中空体の外形寸法は前記タンク本体内に組み込まれる前から前記燃料注入パイプ用の開口及び点検調整用の開口の寸法よりも大きく、前記タンク本体の内部では前記機能部品を装着した前記中空体が前記支持脚部分でタンク本体の内壁に溶着されており、タンク本体内に組み込まれた状態で前記中空体の内部空間はタンク本体内の燃料が該中空体の内部空間を貫流してタンク本体内で循環できるように前記燃料貫流用の開口を介してタンク本体の内部空間と常に連通していることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)がタンク本体の内壁(19)に対して可撓的に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)の壁部に弾性撓み可能な支持脚(18)が一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料タンク。
- 支持脚(18)が機能部品用支持体(1)に形成された蛇腹状突出部からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)の壁部に機能部品を中空体内部へ収容するための開口(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 開口(7)の口縁部が少なくとも部分的に折り返されるか環状に一体成形されるかして環状の取付座を形成していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)の壁部に剛性を減じる開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)が、タンク本体内の自由空間容積を互いに連通した複数の部分区画容積に区分していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)がプラスチック燃料タンク製造工程からのリサイクル原料から成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)が押出ブロー成形容器からなり、開口(7)及び/又は開口部(7a)がブロー成形後に設けられた穴であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 機能部品用支持体(1)が、該支持体の一体構成部分として、機能部品用支持体(1)に一体成形された導管及び/又はチャンバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料タンクのタンク本体内に組み込まれて自動車燃料タンク(2)の機能部品、即ち弁、ポンプ、検出器、又は導管を担持するための支持体であって、前記タンク本体に燃料注入パイプ用の開口以外に唯一設けられた点検調整用の開口の寸法よりも大きい外形寸法を有し且つ機能部品組込用の開口と燃料貫流用の開口とを備えた押出ブロー成形中空体からなることを特徴とする機能部品用支持体。
- 請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の特徴を有する請求項12に記載の機能部品用支持体。
