Description
まず、図1乃至図3を用いてカメラ11と照明装置12,13の構成を説明する。
カメラ11と照明装置12,13は、図示はしないが、部品実装機に上向きに取り付けられ、部品実装機の吸着ノズルに吸着した部品(撮像対象物)をその下方から照明装置12,13で照明してカメラ11で撮像する。
Claims (6)
- カメラで撮像する撮像対象物を、前記カメラの光軸の周囲に配置した多数のLEDで照明する撮像用照明装置において、
多数のLEDを実装した平板状の4枚のLED実装基板と、
前記4枚のLED実装基板のLEDに流す電流を調整する電流調整装置とを備え、
前記4枚のLED実装基板は、前記撮像対象物側から見て前記カメラの光軸を中心とする四角枠状に配置され、且つ、各LED実装基板のLEDが前記撮像対象物に向くように所定角度で傾斜され、
前記電流調整装置は、前記各LED実装基板のLED実装エリアをそれぞれ複数の照明エリアに区分して、前記各LED実装基板のLEDに流す電流を前記各照明エリア毎に個別に調整し、
前記各LED実装基板には、前記各照明エリアの各LEDの光線を前記照明エリア毎に異なる角度で前記撮像対象物の中心側に向けるレンズ板が設けられている、撮像用照明装置。 - 前記レンズ板には、シボ加工が施されている、請求項1に記載の撮像用照明装置。
- 前記電流調整装置は、前記各LED実装基板のLEDに流す電流を前記各照明エリア毎に個別に調整する際に、前記撮像対象物の中心からの距離が遠くなる照明エリアほど大きい電流を流すことで、前記撮像対象物に対する前記各照明エリアの照明光の照度を均一化する、請求項1又は2に記載の撮像用照明装置。
- 前記カメラのシャッタタイミングと同期させて前記各照明エリアのLEDをパルス点灯させると共に、前記撮像対象物の種類に応じて前記各照明エリアのパルス点灯のデューティを前記各照明エリア毎に個別に変更するパルス点灯制御部を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の撮像用照明装置。
- 前記各LED実装基板のLEDを点灯させる照明エリアと点灯させない照明エリアとの組み合わせパターンである照明パターンを前記撮像対象物の種類に応じて変更する照明パターン変更部を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の撮像用照明装置。
- 前記カメラで撮像した画像を処理する画像処理装置を備え、
生産中に前記電流調整装置によって調整された電流を前記各照明エリアのLEDに流して前記撮像対象物を照明して前記カメラで撮像する生産時照明モードと、生産停止中に前記電流調整装置によって前記各照明エリアのLEDに流す電流を前記各照明エリア毎に個別に調整する電流調整時照明モードとを切り換える照明モード切換部を備え、
前記電流調整装置は、前記電流調整時照明モードでは、前記各LED実装基板のLEDを点灯させる照明エリアを1つずつ順番に切り換えて、1つの照明エリアの照明で前記撮像対象物となる基準治具を前記カメラで撮像してその画像を前記画像処理装置で処理して前記画像中の基準治具部分の輝度を判定して、その輝度が所定の基準輝度となるように当該照明エリアのLEDに流す電流を調整する処理を前記各照明エリア毎に実行することで、前記基準治具に対する前記各照明エリアの照明光の照度を均一化するように前記各照明エリアのLEDに流す電流を前記各照明エリア毎に個別に調整する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の撮像用照明装置。
