Description
(実施例1)
透明基材として厚さ125μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを準備した。DCマグネトロンスパッタリングによって、透明基材の一方面上に、半導体で構成される第1誘電層、主成分として銀合金を含む金属層、半導体で構成される第2誘電層、及び絶縁体で構成される第3誘電層をこの順に形成した。これによって、透明基材、第1誘電層(厚さ:30nm)、金属層(厚さ:9nm)、及び第2誘電層(厚さ:27nm)、及び、第3誘電層(厚さ:3nm)をこの順で有する透明導電体を得た。
第2誘電層の厚さを20nmとしたこと、及び第3誘電体層の厚さを7nmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。
第2誘電層の厚さを10nmとしたこと、及び第3誘電層の厚さを20nmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。
第2誘電層の厚さを5nmとしたこと、及び第3誘電層の厚さを25nmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。
第2誘電層の厚さを15nmにしたこと、第3誘電層を導電体(ITO)で構成されたものに変えたこと、及び第3誘電層の厚みを15nmにしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。
第2誘電層及び第3誘電層の厚さを10nmにしたこと、及び、第3誘電層の上に、絶縁体で構成される、厚さ10nmの第4誘電層を形成したこと以外は、実施例5と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。厚さ10nmの第4誘電層は、実施例1の第3誘電層と同じ手順で形成した。第4誘電層は、ケイ素の窒化物を含む絶縁体で形成されていた。
透明基材として厚さ125μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを準備した。DCマグネトロンスパッタリングによって、透明基材の一方面上に、導電層で構成される第1誘電層、主成分として銀合金を含む金属層、及び、導電層で構成される第2誘電層をこの順に形成した。これによって、透明基材、導電層で構成される第1誘電層(厚さ:30nm)、金属層(厚さ:9nm)、及び、導電体で構成される第2誘電層(厚さ:30nm)をこの順で有する透明導電体を得た。
第2誘電層の厚さを30nmにしたこと、及び、第3誘電層を形成しなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして透明導電体を作製した。
各実施例及び各比較例において、透明導電体(縦×横=200mm×300mm)を2つずつ作製した。そして、図4に示すような調光体及び電子デバイスを作製した。具体的には、低分子ネマティック液晶材料(和光純薬工業株式会社製、5CB)を5g、UV硬化性樹脂(Norland Products社製、商品名:Norland Optical Adhesive 65)を10g、及び、樹脂粒子(根上工業株式会社製、商品名:アートパール GR−600、平均粒子径:10.5μm)0.15gを混合して調光溶液を調製した。
アズワン株式会社製のスライダック(商品名:RSA10)を用いて、調光体に交流電源を印加する通電試験を行った。調光層は印加した電圧に応じてヘイズが変化した。ヘイズが30%以下となる電圧を必要電圧として測定した。ヘイズは、日本電色工業社製のヘイズメーター(商品名:NDH 5000)を用いて測定した。結果は表3に示すとおりであった。
Claims (6)
- 透明基材と、第1誘電層と、主成分として銀又は銀合金を含む金属層と、半導体で構成される第2誘電層と、前記第2誘電層とは電気導電性が異なる第3誘電層と、をこの順に備え、
前記第3誘電層は絶縁体又は導電体で構成される透明導電体。 - 前記第2誘電層が、構成元素としてZn及びSnの一方又は双方を含む金属酸化物を含む前記半導体で構成され、
前記第3誘電層が、構成元素としてInを含む金属酸化物を含む前記導電体で構成される、請求項1に記載の透明導電体。 - 前記第2誘電層が、構成元素としてZn及びSnの一方又は双方を含む金属酸化物を含む前記半導体で構成され、
前記第3誘電層が、Siの窒化物及びSiの酸化物の一方又は双方を含む前記絶縁体で構成される、請求項1に記載の透明導電体。 - 前記第3誘電層は前記導電体で構成され、
前記第3誘電層の前記第2誘電層側とは反対側に、Siの窒化物及びSiの酸化物の一方又は双方を含む絶縁体で構成される第4誘電層を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の透明導電体。 - 一対の透明導電体と、その間に調光層と、を備え、
前記一対の透明導電体の少なくとも一方は、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の透明導電体である、調光体。 - 請求項5に記載の調光体と電源とを備える電子デバイス。
