Claims (6)
- 筒状のゴム弾性体を備えており、車両ボデーに取り付けられるブラケットが該ゴム弾性体の外周面に装着されていると共に、該ゴム弾性体の内周面がスタビライザバーに接着されて用いられる接着用スタビライザブッシュにおいて、
前記ゴム弾性体と前記ブラケットの間には外周へ向けて凸となる形状の凹凸嵌合部が軸方向両側部分に設けられていると共に、該凹凸嵌合部の嵌合高さ寸法が周方向で異ならされて該ゴム弾性体における主たる径方向荷重の入力位置において小さくされていることを特徴とする接着用スタビライザブッシュ。 - 前記凹凸嵌合部の嵌合高さ寸法が前記ゴム弾性体における主たる径方向荷重の入力位置に向けて周方向の両側から次第に小さくなっている請求項1に記載の接着用スタビライザブッシュ。
- それぞれ半筒状とされた第一の半割体と第二の半割体が互いに向かい合わせて組み合わされることで前記ゴム弾性体が構成されており、該ゴム弾性体に対する主たる径方向荷重の入力方向がそれら第一の半割体と第二の半割体の組み合わせ方向とされて、前記ブラケットと該第一の半割体の周方向中央部分との間に設けられる前記凹凸嵌合部の嵌合高さ寸法が、該ブラケットと該第二の半割体の該一対の側面との間に設けられる該凹凸嵌合部の嵌合高さ寸法よりも小さくされている請求項1又は2に記載の接着用スタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記ゴム弾性体の径方向中間部分には、該ゴム弾性体の周方向に延びる硬質の中間部材が配設されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の接着用スタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記ゴム弾性体の外周面に重ね合わされる前記ブラケットの軸方向両端部分が、軸方向外側に向けて内周へ傾斜するテーパ部を備えている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の接着用スタビライザブッシュ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載された接着用スタビライザブッシュにおける前記ゴム弾性体の内周面が前記スタビライザバーの外周面に押し付けられて、該ゴム弾性体の内周面が該スタビライザバーの外周面に接着されていることを特徴とするスタビライザブッシュ付スタビライザバー。
