Claims (5)
- 스태빌라이저 바를 차체 프레임에 고정시키는 차량용 스태빌라이저 바의 마운팅 장치에 있어서,상기 스태빌라이저 바의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지도록 상기 스태빌라이저 바가 수용되는 고정 홀이 측면부 중앙에 관통 형성되며, 상기 고정 홀에 스태빌라이저 바가 수용될 수 있도록 상부면에서부터 상기 고정 홀을 거쳐 하부면 방향으로 일정 깊이만큼 더 절개되어 형성된 개구부를 구비하는 몸체부; 상기 스태빌라이저 바를 중심으로 원상으로 배치되도록 상기 몸체부의 양측면에서부터 몸체부의 중앙부 방향으로 일정 깊이만큼 천공 형성되어 상기 몸체부의 회전 방향 강성을 감소시켜 스태빌라이저 바의 회전 저항을 줄이는 다수개의 탄성 홈; 상기 몸체부 외주면 양측에 돌출 형성된 이동 방지 턱;으로 구성된 고무부시;상기 고정 홀을 원통 형상으로 둘러싸도록 상기 고무부시의 몸체부에 삽입되되, 상기 탄성 홈을 상부 간극과 하부 간극으로 양분하도록 고무부시 몸체부에 삽입되어 탄성 홈에 의해 회전 방향 강성이 감소된 몸체부의 내부 강성을 향상시켜 스태빌라이저 바의 회전 방향으로 고무부시의 형태가 변형되는 것을 방지하는 C자 형상으로 일측이 개구된 원통형의 한 쌍의 금속판; 및상기 고무부시의 이동 방지 턱과 요철 결합될 수 있도록 이동 방지 홈이 양측에 구비된 부시 수용부; 상기 부시 수용부의 상부 양측 끝단에 구비된 한 쌍의 고정판으로 구성되어 상기 고무부시를 내주면에 수용하여 차체 프레임에 고정시키는 고정 브래킷으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스태빌라이저 바의 마운팅 장치.
