ここでML:非イオン性界面活性剤における親油基の分子量、M:非イオン性界面活性剤の分子量。
i)40〜120g/kg、好ましくは60〜90g/kg、のSO4として計算される、硫酸、
ii)2〜20g/kg、好ましくは4〜10g/kg、のアミノアルコール、
iii)0.5〜5g/kg、好ましくは1〜3g/kg、の少なくとも6のエチレン及び/又はプロピレンのオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて6〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラート、
iv)10〜50g/kgの鉄イオン、
v)50mg/kg未満、好ましくは10mg/kg未満、特に好ましくは1mg/kg未満、のフッ化物イオン、
vi)1g/kg未満、好ましくは0.1g/kg未満、特に好ましくは0.01g/kg未満、のPO4として計算される、溶解したリン酸塩。
試験片を、Bonderite(登録商標)C−AD 1563(3重量%)及びBonderite(登録商標)C−AD 1400(0.3重量%)の混合物に65℃で10分間浸した。
B.1 試験片を、以下を含む硫酸酸洗液に、60℃で4分間浸した:
a)77.8g/kg 硫酸
b)1.5g/kg エトキシル化(8EO)脂肪族アルコール(C10)
c)20g/kg 硫酸鉄(II)
d)0.45g/kg エトキシル化(4EO)脂肪族アルコール(C8)
B.2 試験片を、以下を含む混合酸酸洗液に、60℃で15分間浸した:
a)150g/kg 硫酸
b)70g/kg リン酸
c)40g/kg 硫酸鉄(II)
d)1.8g/kg 二フッ化アンモニウム
試験片を、しかしながらBonderite(登録商標)M−AC 950に、25℃で1分間処理する直前に、中間の純水(κ < 1μScm−1)でのすすぎ工程と共に、Bonderite(登録商標)M−ZN 958に、52℃で4分間浸し、試験片を活性化した。
Claims (14)
- 鉄又は鋼鉄から成る材料であるその部品の少なくとも一部が、溶接によりその部品の残部に一体的に接合された、少なくとも一部分において溶接により組み立てられた部品を、
a)全量で少なくとも1g/kgのアミノアルコール、
b)全量で少なくとも0.5g/kgの、少なくとも6のエチレン及び/又はプロピレンのオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて6〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラート、及び
c)鉄イオン
を含む、フッ化物を含まない硫酸水溶液の酸洗液へと接触させることを特徴とする、洗浄前処理のための方法。 - 成分a)の前記アミノアルコールが、1,3−アミノアルコール及びそのエチレン又は1,2−プロピレンのグリコールモノエーテルから、好ましくは1,3−アミノアルコールから、特に好ましくはモノ−、ジ−及び/又はトリエタノールアミンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アミノアルコールの割合が、少なくとも2g/kg、好ましくは少なくとも4g/kg、しかし好ましくは20g/kgを、特に好ましくは10g/kgを超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 成分b)の前記脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラートが、16未満、好ましくは14未満、しかし好ましくは10より大きいHLB値を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分b)の前記脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラートが、エトキシラートから、好ましくは8〜10のエチレンオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて8〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラートから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗液中における成分b)の前記脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラートの割合が、少なくとも1g/kg、好ましくは少なくとも2g/kg、しかし好ましくは10g/kg以下、特に好ましくは6g/kg以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 6未満のエチレン及び/又はプロピレンのオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて6〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラートが、さらに酸洗液中に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも10g/kg、しかし好ましくは70g/kg以下、特に好ましくは50g/kg以下、の成分c)の鉄イオンが、酸洗液中に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗液が、全量で1g/kg未満、好ましくは0.1g/kg未満、特に好ましくは0.01g/kg未満、のPO4として計算される溶解したリン酸塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗が、前記部品のアルカリ脱脂に先行され、好ましくは中間のすすぎ工程を伴う前記アルカリ脱脂に速やかに先行され、アルカリ脱脂が少なくともpH10で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗が、前記部品の湿式化学変換処理に後続される、好ましくは中間のすすぎ及び/又は乾燥工程を伴い又は伴わず、特に好ましくは中間の乾燥工程を伴わず、前記処理に速やかに後続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿式化学変換処理が、pHが1を上回るが、5を下回る酸性水溶液の成分により行われ、好ましくは皮膜形成リン酸塩処理であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- pHが2.0を下回り、
i)40〜120g/kg、好ましくは60〜90g/kg、のSO4として計算される硫酸、
ii)2〜20g/kg、好ましくは4〜10kg、のアミノアルコール、
iii)0.5〜5g/kg、好ましくは1〜3kg/g、の少なくとも6のエチレン及び/又はプロピレンのオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて6〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラート、
iv)10〜50g/kgの鉄イオン、
v)50mg/kg未満、好ましくは10mg/kg未満、特に好ましくは1mg/kg未満、のフッ化物イオン、
vi)1g/kg未満、好ましくは0.1g/kg未満、特に好ましくは0.01g/kg未満、のPO4として計算される溶解したリン酸塩
を含む、酸性水溶液の酸洗液。 - 0.5〜5g/kg、好ましくは1〜3g/kg、の6未満のエチレン及び/又はプロピレンのオキシド単位を有するアルコールにおいて6〜12の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールのエトキシラート及び/又はプロポキシラートが、さらに成分vii)として含まれることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の前記酸洗液。
