Claims (13)
- 紙又はフィルムなどのシート材料を加工する機械(1)のシートフィーダ(4)であって、シート供給方向に対して実質的に垂直に延びる駆動シャフト(10)を有し、該駆動シャフト(10)は、該駆動シャフト(10)の駆動時に前記シート材料の上方で回転する少なくとも1つの吸引式グリッパ(12)を備え、該吸引式グリッパ(12)は、前記シート材料と協働しない非作動位置と、前記シート材料の上面を把持して運ぶことができる作動位置との間で変位可能であり、
各吸引式グリッパ(12)は、本体(40)と、該本体(40)に対して変位可能な吸引カップ(44)とを有し、前記本体(40)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)の中心軸から所定距離に取り付けられ、
前記駆動シャフト(10)は、該駆動シャフト(10)の回転軸と平行に延びて前記吸引式グリッパ(12)の前記本体(40)が取り付けられた複数の保持ロッド(14)を有し、
前記保持ロッド(14)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)の両軸端に配置された2つの保持要素(16)に取り付けられ、
各保持要素(16)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)の半径方向に延びる複数の保持アーム(18)を有し、
各保持アーム(18)には、前記駆動シャフト(10)の半径方向に延びるガイドスロット(20)が設けられ、
前記保持ロッド(14)が前記駆動シャフト(10)に対して変位可能となるように、前記保持ロッド(14)の一端が前記ガイドスロット(20)に収容されている、
ことを特徴とするシートフィーダ。 - 前記駆動シャフト(10)の軸方向に互いに離間した複数のグループで複数の吸引式グリッパ(12)が設けられる、
請求項1に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 4〜10個のグループが設けられる、
請求項2に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 各グループは、前記駆動シャフト(10)の周囲で互いに周方向に離間した複数の吸引式グリッパ(12)を有する、
請求項2又は3に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 各グループは、3つの吸引式グリッパ(12)を有する、
請求項4に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 前記本体(40)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)に対して回動可能に取り付けられる、
請求項1に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 前記駆動シャフト(10)の周囲で前記本体(40)が移動する半径は可変である、
請求項1又は6に記載のシートフィーダ。 - シート(50)が位置する面に対する前記吸引式グリッパ(12)の位置及び整列を制御する変位機構(20、22、30、32)が設けられる、
請求項7に記載のシートフィーダ。 - 前記保持ロッド(14)は、前記駆動シャフト(10)に対して回転可能である、
