Claims (9)
- 脚に麻痺を患う麻痺患者の訓練歩行を評価する歩行評価装置であって、
麻痺を患う脚である患脚を含む麻痺体部の、歩行動作に伴う複数の動作量を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記複数の動作量の少なくとも一つが、予め定められた複数の異常歩行基準のいずれかに合致した場合に前記歩行動作が異常歩行であると評価する評価部とを備え、
前記複数の異常歩行基準は、少なくとも、前記麻痺体部の同一部位の互いに異なる方向への動作量に関する2つ以上の基準を含む歩行評価装置。 - 前記麻痺患者は一方の脚に麻痺を患う片麻痺患者であって、
前記評価部は、前記患脚の一歩ごと、および、前記患脚の一歩と麻痺を患っていない健脚の一歩とを含む一周期ごとの少なくともいずれかに対して前記異常歩行の評価を実行する請求項1に記載の歩行評価装置。 - 前記複数の異常歩行基準のうち前記麻痺体部の同一部位の互いに異なる方向への動作量に関する2つ以上の基準は、体幹の歩行方向に対する動作量に関する基準と前記歩行方向に対して直交する直交方向に対する動作量に関する基準とを含む請求項1又は2に記載の歩行評価装置。
- 前記複数の異常歩行基準は、前記患脚の遊脚期と立脚期でそれぞれ異なる基準とする請求項3に記載の歩行評価装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の歩行評価装置と、
前記患脚に装着する歩行補助装置と
を備え、
前記歩行補助装置は、前記歩行動作に伴う前記動作量を取得する複数のセンサを有する歩行訓練システム。 - 前記麻痺患者が歩行する歩行面を提供するトレッドミルと、

- 前記呈示部は、前記複数の異常歩行基準のいずれが合致した場合であっても、単一の異常呈示を行う請求項7に記載の歩行訓練システム。
- 麻痺を患う脚である患脚を含む麻痺体部の、歩行動作に伴う複数の動作量を取得する取得部と、

前記取得ステップによって取得された前記複数の動作量の少なくとも一つが、予め定められた複数の異常歩行基準のいずれかに合致した場合に前記歩行動作が異常歩行であると前記評価部により評価する評価ステップとを有し、
前記複数の異常歩行基準は、少なくとも、前記麻痺体部の同一部位の互いに異なる方向への動作量に関する2つ以上の基準を含む歩行評価方法。
