Claims (18)
- 電気端子であって、
導電性材料から形成されたマウント部分および電線受け部分であって、
前記電線受け部分は電線に対して、かしめられるように構成され、
前記マウント部分は、対向する表面を有する中実な舌片を含む、マウント部分および電線受け部分と、
前記端子を接続点に対して接続するために、前記対向する表面間に形成され開口と、
接続点におけるアーク放電を防止するために、前記舌片の少なくとも一部分に形成された絶縁材料の層と、
前記対向する表面の少なくとも一方において前記中実な舌片と一体的に形成された隆起ボスであって、一体型の前記隆起ボスは、前記舌片の表面上に一体型導電性ボス表面を形成すると共に前記舌片の少なくとも一方の対向する表面上の前記開口を取り囲むように構成され、前記絶縁材料の層は、前記一体型の隆起ボスを取り囲むように前記舌片の表面上に広がっている、隆起ボスと
を具備し、
前記一体型の隆起ボスの導電性ボス表面は、接続点に対する接続のために、前記絶縁材料の層を含まない前記端子の導電性表面を提供し、
前記隆起ボスは、少なくとも一つの前記対向する表面の上で高さHを有し、
前記絶縁材料の層は厚みTを有し、
前記厚みTは前記高さHよりも大きい、
電気端子。 - 前記舌片の両方の対向する表面上に前記開口を取り囲むように、前記中実な舌片と一体的に形成された隆起ボスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記一体型の隆起ボスが、少なくとも一つの前記対向する表面の上で高さHを有し、前記高さは0.001〜0.125インチの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記絶縁材料の層は厚みTを有し、前記厚みは0.001〜0.250インチの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記絶縁材料の層は、前記電線受け部分の少なくとも一部分に形成される、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記絶縁材料の層は、前記隆起ボスを除いて、前記端子の全体に形成される、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記舌片部分の導電性を低下させるために、前記舌片の少なくとも一部分の前記導電性材料上に形成された化成被膜層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記絶縁材料の層は、前記化成被膜層の少なくとも一部分とオーバーラップするように形成される、請求項7に記載の電気端子。
- 前記化成被膜層は深さDを有し、前記深さは0.0001〜0.010インチの範囲にある、請求項7に記載の電気端子。
- 前記導電性材料はアルミニウムまたは銅の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記絶縁材料の層は、フルオロカーボン材料、PTFE、PFA、FEP、ETFE、ポリマー材料、PVC、ポリウレタン、熱可塑性材料、熱可塑性材料、フェノール材料、シリコーン、ゴム、セラミックの一つ以上から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の電気端子。

前記マウント部分は、対向する表面を有する中実な舌片を含む、マウント部分および電線受け部分と、
前記端子を接続点に対して接続するために、前記対向する表面間に形成され開口と、
接続点におけるアーク放電を防止するために、前記舌片の少なくとも一部分に形成された絶縁材料の層と、
前記対向する表面の少なくとも一方において前記中実な舌片と一体的に形成された隆起ボスであって、一体型の前記隆起ボスは、前記舌片の表面上に一体型導電性ボス表面を形成すると共に前記舌片の少なくとも一方の対向する表面上の前記開口を取り囲むように構成され、前記絶縁材料の層は、前記一体型の隆起ボスを取り囲むように前記舌片の表面上に広がっている、隆起ボスと、を含む電気端子と
を具備し、
前記一体型の隆起ボスの導電性ボス表面は、接続点に対する接続のために、前記絶縁材料の層を含まない前記端子の導電性表面を提供し、
前記隆起ボスは少なくとも一つの前記対向する表面上で高さHを有し、
前記絶縁材料の層は厚みTを有し、
前記厚みTは前記高さHよりも大きい、
ケーブル。 - 前記舌片の両方の対向する表面上に前記開口を取り囲むように、前記中実な舌片と一体的に形成された隆起ボスをさらに備える、請求項13に記載のケーブル。
