Description
この案内台14に隣接して、取付板5に固定された移送部20は、略箱形の形状をしたブロック23から構成されている。このブロック23内には、エアシリンダ22が配置されている。このエアシリンダ22の往復運動する駆動軸(図示せず)には、駆動軸と直交するピン25が取り付けられている。このピン25は、ブロック23から側方に突出して、案内台14上に配置されたアーム26の一端に連結されている。ブロック23には、ピン25を受容するための図示しないスロットが形成されており、これによりピン25は、エアシリンダ22の駆動軸とともに、キャリヤストリップ18に沿って往復運動が可能となっている。アーム26の他端には、スロット21に進入してキャリヤストリップ18のパイロット穴18aと係合する爪24が、下向きに突設されており、爪24の移動によってキャリヤストリップ18を移動させるようになっている。

Claims (2)
- 互いに接離するクリンパ及びアンビルを備え、前記アンビルに載置された端子を前記クリンパで押しつぶすことにより、前記端子の心線挿入穴内に挿入された心線を前記端子に結線する心線結線装置であって、前記アンビルに隣接し且つ該アンビルと整列して配置された、上方に開放する案内溝を有するガイド部材を有し、前記心線を先端に有する長尺物を前記案内溝が受容すると、前記心線が前記心線挿入穴に位置決めされるよう構成された心線結線装置において、
前記長尺物は蛍光管であり、
前記ガイド部材は、ラム及び連結片を介して前記クリンパに連結されているとともに、前記クリンパが前記端子に当接する前に前記蛍光管から退避するよう前記クリンパの降下に応じて駆動されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする結線装置。 - 前記アンビルが、前記心線の結線時に前記心線の移動を許容する逃溝を有する、前記蛍光管の前記心線を除く前記先端が当接して該蛍光管の位置決めを行なう位置決板を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の心線結線装置。
