Claims (3)
- トルクを受けて回転する回転体と、前記回転体に形成され該回転体の回転方向に沿って円弧状に形成されている転動室と、前記転動室内を揺動可能に収容されている転動体とを、備える捩り振動低減装置であって、
前記転動室を形成する壁面のうち前記回転体の径方向内側に位置する内壁面には、前記回転体の径方向外側に突き出す突起が形成され、
前記突起は、前記転動体が前記転動室内を揺動可能な両端の位置に対する中間にあるときの前記転動体の中心と前記回転体の回転中心とを通る第1直線よりも、前記回転体の回転方向側に形成され、
前記転動体が、前記転動室のうち前記回転体の回転方向側の端部に位置した状態において、前記回転体の回転中心と前記突起の先端とを通る第2直線上に位置する前記転動室の壁面と前記転動体との間の間隙が所定値以下であり、
前記転動室は、前記回転体の回転方向側と該回転方向の反対側とで形状が非対称に形成され、
前記転動室のうち前記回転体の回転方向の反対側の端部に前記転動体が位置した状態において、前記第2直線を前記第1直線に対して線対称にした直線上に位置する前記転動室の壁面と前記転動体との間の間隙が、前記転動室のうち前記回転体の回転方向側の端部に位置した状態において、前記回転体の回転中心と前記突起の先端とを通る第2直線上に位置する前記転動室の壁面と前記転動体との間の間隙よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 前記転動室のうち前記回転体の回転方向側の壁面は、前記回転体の回転中心と前記突起の先端とを通る直線まで、前記転動体の外周形状に沿う形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の捩り振動低減装置。
- 前記突起は、熱処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の捩り振動低減装置。
