Description
Claims (5)
- 流体流を生じさせる駆動側部材と前記流体流によって駆動される従動側部材とを有する流体伝動装置の内部に設けられ、トルク変動に応じて往復動する転動体と前記転動体を往復動可能に収容する転動室が形成された保持部材と前記転動体および前記転動室を前記流体伝動装置内の流体から遮蔽するハウジングとを備えた捩り振動低減装置において、
前記保持部材は、前記ハウジングとは別体として構成されると共に、前記ハウジングによって密閉された中空部に前記ハウジングの回転方向に一体となって回転するように封入されており、
前記ハウジングは、前記従動側部材に固定されている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、環状に形成されかつ前記従動側部材側に開口する環状凹部と、前記環状凹部の開口端部を覆う蓋部とを備え、
前記流体伝動装置の内部に、入力側プレートと出力側プレートとを弾性体を介して動力伝達可能に連結して構成される弾性ダンパが設けられ、
前記ハウジングと前記弾性ダンパとが前記ハウジングの半径方向に列んで配置されかつ軸線方向に互いに重なって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捩り振動低減装置。 - 前記保持部材は、環状に形成されかつその外周部に切り欠き部が形成されており、
前記切り欠き部に嵌まり合う凸部が前記ハウジングに形成されており、
前記切り欠き部と前記凸部とを嵌合させることにより前記ハウジングに対して前記保持部材が位置決めされかつ前記ハウジングと前記保持部材とが動力伝達可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の捩り振動低減装置。 - 前記環状凹部と前記蓋部との少なくともいずれか一方が前記従動側部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の捩り振動低減装置。
- 前記流体伝動装置は、前記駆動側部材および従動側部材を連結する直結クラッチを有し、
前記ハウジングと前記弾性ダンパと前記直結クラッチとが、前記半径方向に列んで配置されかつ前記軸線方向に互いに重なって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の捩り振動低減装置。
