Description
電磁鋼板は、打抜加工後に磁気的特性の向上のために応力除去焼鈍(SRA)を実施しなければならないものと、応力除去焼鈍による磁気的特性効果より熱処理による経費損失が大きい場合に応力除去焼鈍を省略する2種類の形態に区分される。
しかし、有機系接着コーティング組成物は、応力除去焼鈍工程時、有機物は高温で分解されるため、表面特性(絶縁、密着、耐蝕など)が劣位になるだけでなく、各電磁鋼板の個別枚間の接着力(締結力)もほとんど消失するようになる。
本発明の一実施例では、応力除去焼鈍工程後にもボンディング力を維持することができる接着コーティング組成物、これを適用した電磁鋼板積層体、およびその製造方法を提供する。
カップリング剤は、シラン系カップリング剤、チタン酸塩系カップリング剤、およびアルミン酸塩系カップリング剤のうちの1種以上を含むことができる。
有機樹脂は、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、ナフタレン、アントラセン、およびベンゾピレンのうちから選択される1種以上を作用基として含むことができる。
有機樹脂は、重量平均分子量が1,000〜100,000であり、軟化点(Tg)が30〜150℃であってもよい。
無機ナノ粒子は、前記有/無機複合体内に10〜50重量%置換されてもよい。
金属リン酸塩は、第1リン酸アルミニウム(Al(H3PO4)3)、第1リン酸コバルト(Co(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸カルシウム(Ca(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸亜鉛(Zn(H3PO4)2)、および第1リン酸マグネシウム(Mg(H3PO4)2)のうちの1種以上を含むことができる。
カップリング剤は、シラン系カップリング剤、チタン酸塩系カップリング剤、およびアルミン酸塩系カップリング剤のうちの1種以上を含むことができる。
熱融着層を形成する段階は、150〜300℃の温度、0.5〜5.0Mpaの圧力および0.1〜120分の加圧条件で熱融着することができる。
熱融着層を形成する段階は、昇温段階および融着段階を含み、昇温段階の昇温速度は10℃/分〜1000℃/分であってもよい。
接着層を形成する段階は、変性気体または窒素(N2)気体雰囲気で行われてもよい。
接着層を形成する段階は、液化天然ガス(LNG)10〜30体積%および空気70〜90体積%を含む変性気体雰囲気で行われてもよい。
本発明の一実施例によれば、溶接、クランピング、インターロッキングなど既存の締結方法を使用せずに、電磁鋼板を接着することができるため、電磁鋼板製品の磁性がより優れている。
ある部分が他の部分の「上に」あると言及する場合、これは他の部分の直上または上にあるか、またはその間に他の部分が介され得る。対照的に、ある部分が他の部分の「直上に」あると言及する場合、その間に他の部分が介されない。
本発明の一実施例による電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物は、全体固形分100重量%を基準として、有機樹脂および有機樹脂に無機ナノ粒子が置換された有/無機複合体を含む第1組成物15〜70重量%と、金属リン酸塩およびリン酸を含む第2組成物20〜80重量%およびカップリング剤1〜10重量%とを含む。本発明の一実施例による電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物は、溶接、クランピング、インターロッキングなど既存の締結方法を使用せずに、電磁鋼板を接着(締結)することができるようにする。また応力除去焼鈍工程後にもボンディング力を維持することができる。本発明の一実施例で電磁鋼板は、無方向性または方向性電磁鋼板であり、より具体的に無方向性電磁鋼板であってもよい。
第1組成物は、有機樹脂および有機樹脂に無機ナノ粒子が置換された有/無機複合体を含む。
有機樹脂は、後述する熱融着時、熱融着層を形成し、電磁鋼板の間に介されて、電磁鋼板の間に接着力を付与する。熱融着層が電磁鋼板の間で接着力を適切に付与することができない場合、精密に積層された複数の電磁鋼板が工程進行過程で外れるようになる。積層位置が外れるようになれば、最終製造された電磁鋼板製品の品質に悪影響を与えるようになる。有機樹脂により熱融着以降、接着力を確保することによって、積層された電磁鋼板の位置が外れないようにすることができる。
芳香族炭化水素を含む有機樹脂とは、主鎖および/または側鎖に芳香族炭化水素を含む樹脂を意味する。具体的に芳香族炭化水素は、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、ナフタレン、アントラセンおよびベンゾピレンのうちから選択される1種以上を作用基として含むことができる。
具体的に、無機ナノ粒子は、SiO2、Al2O3、TiO2、MgO、ZnO、CaO、およびZrO2のうちの1種以上を含むことができる。
無機ナノ粒子は、有/無機複合体内に5〜60重量%置換されてもよい。つまり、有/無機複合体100重量%に対して無機ナノ粒子が5〜60重量%および有機樹脂40〜95重量%を含むことができる。無機ナノ粒子の量が過度に少なければ、応力除去焼鈍後、接着層の接着力を適切に確保するのが難しいこともある。無機ナノ粒子の量が過度に多ければ、無機ナノ粒子が凝集する問題が発生することがある。
本発明の一実施例で使用される金属リン酸塩は、リン酸(H3PO4)と、金属水酸化物(Mx(OH)y)または金属酸化物(MxO)の反応を利用して製造されてもよく、その具体的な例としては、後述する実施例で使用される第1リン酸アルミニウム(Al(H3PO4)3)、第1リン酸コバルト(Co(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸カルシウム(Ca(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸亜鉛(Zn(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸マグネシウム(Mg(H3PO4)2)などがある。
先に簡単に言及したが、第2組成物に含まれる金属リン酸塩は、金属水酸化物(Mx(OH)y)または金属酸化物(MxO)とリン酸(H3PO4)の反応を利用して製造されてもよい。
例えば、85重量%のリン酸(H3PO4)を含むリン酸水溶液を、100重量部を基準にして、金属水酸化物(Mx(OH)y)または金属酸化物(MxO)をそれぞれ投入し、80〜90℃で6〜10時間反応させれば、それぞれの金属リン酸塩を得ることができる。
リン酸は、前述した金属リン酸塩と共に熱融着による熱融着層の高温接着性、高温耐油性および応力除去焼鈍(Stress Relief Annealing)後、接着層の接着特性に寄与する。
具体的にカップリング剤として、シラン系カップリング剤、チタン酸塩系カップリング剤、およびアルミン酸塩系カップリング剤のうちの1種以上を含むことができる。
熱融着層の厚さは、0.5〜25μmであってもよい。このような範囲を満たす場合、熱融着層の優れた表面特性(例えば、絶縁性、耐蝕性、密着性など)を有することができる。
まず、接着コーティング組成物を準備する。接着コーティング組成物に対しては前述したため、重複する説明を省略する。
次に、接着コーティング組成物を電磁鋼板の表面にコーティングした後、硬化して接着コーティング層を形成する。この段階は、接着コーティング組成物の硬化のために200〜600℃の温度範囲で行われてもよい。
熱融着する段階は、150〜300℃の温度、0.5〜5.0Mpaの圧力、および0.1〜120分の加圧条件で熱融着することができる。前記条件は、それぞれ、独立して満たすことができ、2以上の条件を同時に満たすこともできる。このように熱融着する段階での温度、圧力、時間条件を調節することによって、電磁鋼板の間に、ギャップや、気孔なしに、稠密に熱融着され得る。
熱融着する段階は、昇温段階および融着段階を含み、昇温段階の昇温速度は10℃/分〜1000℃/分であり得る。
接着層を形成する段階は、変性気体または窒素(N2)気体雰囲気で行われてもよい。具体的に変性気体は、液化天然ガス(LNG)10〜30体積%および空気70〜90体積%含む気体を意味する。窒素気体雰囲気とは、窒素を含む雰囲気を意味する。具体的に窒素100体積%気体または窒素90〜100体積%未満および水素0超過〜10体積%含む気体を意味する。
無方向性電磁鋼板(50X50mm、0.35mmt)を供試片で準備した。下記表1に整理された成分から構成された接着コーティング溶液をBar CoaterおよびRoll Coaterを利用して各準備された供試片に上部と下部に一定の厚さ(約5.0μm)に塗布して400℃で20秒間硬化した後、空気中で徐々に冷却させて、接着コーティング層を形成した。
その具体的な評価条件は次の通りである。
Claims (18)
- 全体固形分100重量%を基準として、
有機樹脂および有機樹脂に無機ナノ粒子が置換された有/無機複合体を含む第1組成物15〜70重量%と、
金属リン酸塩およびリン酸を含む第2組成物20〜80重量%と、
カップリング剤1〜10重量%とを含み、
前記カップリング剤は、シラン系カップリング剤、チタン酸塩系カップリング剤、およびアルミン酸塩系カップリング剤のうちの1種以上を含む電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。 - 前記シラン系カップリング剤は、ジメチルジクロロシラン、メチルジクロロシラン、メチルトリクロロシラン、フェニルトリクロロシラン、トリクロロシラン、トリメチルクロロシラン、シリコンテトラクロライド、およびビニルトリクロロシランのうちの1種以上を含む請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記チタン酸塩系カップリング剤は、チタントリイソステアロイルイソプロポキシド、イソプロピルトリ(ジオクチルリン酸塩)チタン酸塩、イソプロピルトリオレイルチタン酸塩、チタントリス(ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩)イソプロポキシド、イソプロピルトリ(ジオクチルピロリン酸塩)チタン酸塩、ジ(ジオクチルピロホスファート)エチレンチタン酸塩、およびテトライソプロピルジ(ジオクチルリン酸塩)チタン酸塩のうちの1種以上を含む請求項1又は2に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記アルミン酸塩系カップリング剤は、アルミニウムチタン複合物、ビス(エチルアセト酢酸塩)アルミニウムジイソプロピル、ビス(アセチル酢酸塩)アルミニウムジイソプロピル、酢酸アルミニウムカップリング剤、イソプロピルエステルステアロイルオキシアルミニウム、およびイソプロピルエステルイステアロイルオキシアルミニウムのうちの1種以上を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記有機樹脂は、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、ナフタレン、アントラセン、およびベンゾピレンのうちから選択される1種以上を作用基として含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記有機樹脂は、エポキシ系樹脂、エステル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、スチレン系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、およびエチレン系樹脂のうちから選択される1種以上を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記有機樹脂は、重量平均分子量が1,000〜100,000であり、軟化点(Tg)が30〜150℃である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記無機ナノ粒子は、SiO2、Al2O3、TiO2、MgO、ZnO、CaO、およびZrO2のうちの1種以上を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記無機ナノ粒子は、前記有/無機複合体内に10〜50重量%置換された、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記金属リン酸塩は、第1リン酸アルミニウム(Al(H3PO4)3)、第1リン酸コバルト(Co(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸カルシウム(Ca(H3PO4)2)、第1リン酸亜鉛(Zn(H3PO4)2)、および第1リン酸マグネシウム(Mg(H3PO4)2)のうちの1種以上を含む請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 複数の電磁鋼板と、
前記複数の電磁鋼板の間に位置する熱融着層とを含み、
前記熱融着層は、有機樹脂および有機樹脂に無機ナノ粒子が置換された有/無機複合体を含む第1組成物15〜70重量%と金属リン酸塩およびリン酸を含む第2組成物20〜80重量%と、カップリング剤1〜10重量%とを含み、
前記カップリング剤は、シラン系カップリング剤、チタン酸塩系カップリング剤、およびアルミン酸塩系カップリング剤のうちの1種以上を含む電磁鋼板積層体。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の接着コーティング組成物を準備する段階と、
前記接着コーティング組成物を電磁鋼板の表面にコーティングした後、硬化して接着コーティング層を形成する段階と、
前記接着コーティング層が形成された複数の電磁鋼板を積層し、熱融着して熱融着層を形成する段階と、
熱融着された電磁鋼板積層体を応力除去焼鈍して、接着層を形成する段階と
を含む電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。 - 前記接着コーティング層を形成する段階は、
200〜600℃の温度範囲で行われる請求項12に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。 - 前記熱融着層を形成する段階は、
150〜300℃の温度、0.5〜5.0MPaの圧力、および0.1〜120分の加圧条件で熱融着する請求項12又は13に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。 - 前記熱融着層を形成する段階は、
昇温段階および融着段階を含み、昇温段階の昇温速度は10℃/分〜1000℃/分である請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。 - 前記接着層を形成する段階は、500〜900℃の温度で30〜180分間行われる請求項12乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。
- 前記接着層を形成する段階は、変性気体または窒素(N2)気体雰囲気で行われる請求項12乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。
- 前記接着層を形成する段階は、液化天然ガス(LNG)10〜30体積%および空気70〜90体積%を含む変性気体雰囲気で行われる請求項12乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。
